No, you are wrong.
I’m not MarkMan, but I will correct you.
Licensed HRAP have Buttons soldered to PCB.
Check out HRAP Arcana Heart, HRAP BlazBlue, HRAP Street Fighter IV, HRAP Tekken 5, and what other.
Check out HRAP Soul Caliber III, HRAP Sugoi! Arcana Heart 2, HRAP Fate/unlimited codes.
They all have Buttons soldered to PCB.
GeorgeC agrees too.
These ones did not follow previous listed though.
HRAP Konamistyle Otomedius Gorgeous (Hyperstick PRO OtomediusG Ver.) has Sanwa Buttons; not soldered to PCB.
HRAP Capcom Fighting Jam, HRAP Death Smiles has Hori Buttons with Quick Disconnect.
You are right that all licensed sticks have soldered buttons (at least i know for a fact that the T5 JPN stick is).
However Blazblue and SFIV sticks are not hrap’s they’re fighsticks. My question now is, why aren’t they labeled as hrap’s? I don’t know if it has something todo that they’re both for ps3, and most of the rest you mentioned are for ps2 (except otomedius Gorgoeus and Death smiles).
Yes, the BlazBlue and Street Fighter IV not totally have “Real Arcade Pro” in name.
But they are not the Fighting Stick series, they Real Arcade Pro.
Fighting Sticks; Hori Fighting Stick 3, Hori Fighting Stick EX2, Hori Fighting Stick Wii; do not have Sanwa JLF.
The Xbox 360 version of BlazBlue and Street Fighter IV are not called Fighting Stick, but they are.
Also, look at the box for these. They explicitly say “HORI REAL ARCADE PRO 3/EX”… Which is odd because Hori never does that… (I think they might have for the CFJ box though, I’m lazy to check).
To be honest i thought this thread was gonna clarify some things, but i ended up getting more confused.
I always though that an HRAP (licensed or not) had sanwa parts, and quite possibly QD’s.
I know what you’re saying about the other smaller sticks from hori (EX, fight stick 3, and the wii stick) vs the hrap’s. But like i said, i alway’s though hrap’s had QD’s.
Seems like T6 might have QD’s haven’ other (or at least some) licensed hrap’s had QD’s? (besides the CFJ which markman said on sdtekken had).
Yes, the confuse.
After reading the Thread again, I did not understand what I typed.
I didn’t even type what I wanted to be typed.
MarkMan said this:
So when said that these HRAP Tekken 6 being identical to same name (HRAP 3, HRAP EX) would mean Quick Disconnect.
But MarkMan not believe until see the stick when it arrives to him.
It is the box having “HORI REAL ARCADE Pro. 3” that is confusing.
Yes, HRAP Capcom Fighting Jam has Quick Disconnect.
HRAP Death Smiles and Hyperstick PRO OtomediusG Ver. also.
Who knows.
Maybe even the new HRAP Mushihimesama Futari will be Quick Disconnect too.
I think I am the Stick n00b MarkMan refer.
Laugh.
I’m not going to make Posts in these Threads again.
Well just do the read.
I’m so stupid. :crybaby:
