Does the FFClickOnce plugin cause any issues with regard to other users a computer is shared with? I’m always wary of downloading things I haven’t heard of before if it changes anything for other people. Aside from that, looking forward to giving this a spin.
I like this project. As for suggestions, Opera support would be great. Also, Samurai Shodown 2, please.
No, the only thing the FFClickOnce plugin does is allow FireFox users to run a .net ClickOnce application from a web link. If you don’t want to install any plugins, you can use IE.
I did a search for “opera clickonce” on google and found this link. It may help,

Thus far I’ve had nothing but good matches with this, in a few games! Thanks again for all your hard work (especially in the midst of Super Sunday) and willingness to add new games.
There is one thing I would like to point out, not a problem with this program but a general nFBA issue that most people aren’t aware of. It’s been posted elsewhere that if you try to play Samsho V Special, you’ll get a black screen. Thanks to Dandy J, we now know why - nFBA had some sort of problem with the arcade version of this, so the creator hacked it to use the Neo console version (which plays exactly the same) instead. Thus, for this one game, you need the AES (console) bios in addition to the standard MVS (arcade) bios.

Will getting AES bios screw up the other games? Wasn’t there a version of SSVSP that worked with MVS bios? Odds are this was the censhorship issue that scaused the problem.

For the people that want to know the hori ex 2/ virtual/ doa 4 stick does work with this client without adding any plug ins just like ggpo. All you need is the plug ins that the microsoft website gaves you so you can used your xbox 360 controller in your computer.:wgrin:
Karnov’s Revenge seems to rollback a lot more than other games I’ve tried. Has anyone else noticed that?
I played yesterday and it was fine.
the lag was there. i couldnt do the stats command but i would say 5-7 frames at 120ping. it was really bad. i havent been on since th server since then.
nyone up for some xmenvsf, vsav, kof98 or samsho4 matches?

And no, the AES bios won’t affect anything else. You need AES + MVS in the same zip file, and you’ll be good to go.
As far as delay goes, it “feels” like it’s always about 2 frames, even against long-distance opponents. This is how nFBA works in general - the window will say something like 4 or 5 frames, but it uses some sort of technique to remove most of this delay. If you don’t believe me, find someone who gives you a “4/5-frame” delay, play them on nFBA, then play them on MAME or Kawaks - you WILL feel the difference.

Absolutely STUNNING - Fantastic Job Damdai. I played vs someone in new york ( which I dont usually cant with ggpo ) and it went great the sound goes funny once in awhile with kof 2002 and 98.
tomorrow Im trying with someone in chile to see how it goes.
