i have the ROM path set, but when i try to view a .2df replay with the client closed it says i miss the rom zips. (i can play just fine like Sabre said too.)
some small suggestions:
turn the cursor into a hand icon when hovering above clickable stuff (like player names, the room panel from the bottom of the screen, etc.)
drop the random color scheme and make the colors optional/customizable (color for user actions, color for usernames, color for self chat text etc.)
a basic media player like interface for replays (fast forward/pause/time indicator)
the functions are there but the user might not know about pressing F1 to ffw for example
im sure you have such improvements planned… sorry if i’m nagging

Add an option on the client side to make chat text public, if two clients who both have this option enabled fight one another, then the chat is recorded.
Concerning the “watch last match” function, it would be great to know where the players are, 1P or 2P. Maybe print both players name on screen during replay…
Another (more simple IMO) way would be to write it in the title bar of application.
Same kind of thing about the replays that appear in main chat window: adding name of players like “xxx vs yyy”, and why not, date of match…
I will add the names of the players to the replay.
You can already see the name of the players in the replay in the chat window. Also when watching a replay, you can hover over your name in the player list to get more details, such as p1, p2, and date.
I started to have this problem today, right after I installed the new GGPO, moved the roms to a new folder and switched the rom path for 2DF. Now it is not letting me watch replays. It says the roms are missing. I am going to try running a game tomorrow to see more, but it does let me into the game rooms fine, which means it is reading the roms.

I got called a “top tier whore” yesterday because my main is Ken. :rolleyes: so far I haven’t seen anything that would be a bannable offense though.
Where is the nfba client stored? I want to be able to edit my controls offline. If the nfba client isn’t locally stored, I figure button mapping must be,so knowing where that file is located would be just as good.
