as far as i know, its still very far from the 2nd bell. You still have to go through the sewers…and good lord help you there. Getting cursed is the worst thing you can imagine, upon death your health is halved. Only way to cure it is to buy an item from the npc where you rang the first bell for 3k souls or a lady near the shortcut to where you are from the firelink place for 6k…and its a one time use. You have to fight a boss there at the bottom, which is actually been the easiest so far. Thats all I will say without spoiling much. I am past this and I still havent found the bell yet…

Mike: I’d gladly play Tekken but the issue we had here was we had one person way the heck above us (Cody) who himself didn’t know everything with every character (how could he) and the obligatory “watch some videos” and go to Tekken Zaibatsu is exactly why people didn’t WANT to play the game…there’s a lot of “homework” required to play the game and it’s very hard to learn on your own…
Because of that you basically have Cody then right below Cody you have Ian and then the Charlie/Dimo/Jay/ and right below that Q and below that the rest of us. I can’t think of anyone that “really” plays the game out here anymore but the only character I wanted to play was Zafina. When TTT2 comes out I will play with Zafina/Nina but unless I get a good practice session with people on my level at the game (which is below everyone else I mentioned) I will never be able to get any better or learn the series.
I STILL don’t have a 100% grasp of the knockdown game…and you know, one incorrect guess and that’s it.

I understand. Yea you gotta do a bit of homework to at least have sensible matches but you all should’ve just got kinda comfortable with the characters first, without the stress of the other knowledge. Just grasp the basics and do “DreamTR combos and setups” until you’re ready to apply other stuff.
Knockdown works in the sense of, knowing what you just got knocked down by, and the possible followups depending on how you react as you try to get up: tech roll)if possible, lay there, sideroll up/down, backroll, forward roll, low get up kick, high get up kick, roll get up kicks, spring foward, etc… Another extension of this is the property of the knockdown. Whether you’re face down(leg first), face down(head first), face up(leg first), face up(head first). Some knockdowns guarantee certain followups. Others are mixups. Even these it might not be possible to avoid in certain circumstances, so there’s times whether you opt to receive the lesser damage by either laying there, or rolling a certain way. Yea most of it is a guess, but alot of knockdowns you just know what’s guaranteed. Overall, many matches just need to be played as this stuff isn’t good to visualize. You have to see it enough times.
P.S. Zaf/Nina is a solid team. Right now, people are saying Nina, Drag, and Jaycee are her ideal pairings, even though he “true” partner is Ogre for some reason.
