Love the graphics in the MvC3 trailer, Capcom please make a game like that!**
I'm really hoping the in-game graphics are similar to that. I know no body wants to play a game where its all dark, but look how great it looks. I'd take some kind of option that lets you play like that, over some Color #12 option that puts little sketchy marks on your character.
I love the way each character looked like this. It's hard to tell, but at the end I do believe Ryu was not EXACTLY like in Tatsunoko which is a good sign. If they based it off that engine it wouldnt be too bad, but I'd like to see the characters modified and not exactly taken off of TvC.I dunno, to me that silhouette looks that thanos to me. Compared it to the recent issue of guardians of the galaxy and it could be him maybe.
For the last time, Thanos does not wear a cape. The guy with his hand raised isn’t him. Doesn’t help that the shoulder spikes are much larger, and the hand is clawed.
Oh yeah…but that’s just a tiny cape to the one that Claw-Hand McFlame-Head has, which goes to his feet.
Except the Devil Bringer is on his right hand not his left.

Also as far as Ghost Rider vs. Dormamu it’s far more likely to be Ghost Rider. And Ghost Rider has bee known to wear high collars from time to time.
If you also rewatch the teaser trailer, the ??? with the pose that looks like Seth shows up when the MARVEL logo appears. So it’s probably a Marvel character not Seth/Nero or anything Capcom.

So, anyone take a guess on which Marvel character it might be? Gonna do with Taskmaster right now.
How in the world can that be Ghost Rider? Compare the shadow in the picture to Ghost Rider. If that were GR his trademark shoulder spikes would be in full view, for one thing. Instead you see two downturned pieces coming from his shoulders that match Dormammu’s costume perfectly.
I’d like GR as much as the next person, but it’s hella unlikely that the guy in the picture is him.
Also, Wesker appears to be in the game. I looked at the group photo (the one with red shadows and the darker artwork in the front) and second from the left is a guy that matches Wesker quite well. Also in the Capcom logo picture, the last character (the one on the right) you can see Wesker’s hairstyle and the side of his glasses.
Because of two things called perspective and artist interpretation neither of which you can be 100% of when dealing with a silhouette. Your conclusions, while logical, are rigid don’t have to apply at all depending on how the artist decided to draw the figure.
Look at this. How could it possibly be anyone else? There is no leather jacket that has a collar like that.
I’m almost certain that the 10 shadowed characters shown in the first trailer, are the same shadowed characters in each additional piece of promotional art. Thus who you’re thinking is Wesker is just probably Dante or something. (The shades are Dante’s nose, if I recall)
But yes, that’s almost certainly Dormammu there and not Ghost Rider.
You can even see part of Dormammu’s head crest poking out of the flame.
The fact that Dormammu is obscure is a point in his favor. Capcom has always had a fascination with including some largely unknown characters in the Marvel games (see: Spiral, Silver Samurai, Shuma-Gorath, Blackheart, Marrow). They could have put Mystique or Mr. Sinister or Mandarin or Mephisto or White Queen in instead, but they didn’t.

hey hey whats wrong with the white queen she’s that sexy blonde babe or at least she was. I don’t know what her current costume looks like but i’m going to guess it ain’t better than the original.
Oh and on Dormammu the guy better not have to many beam specials.
