I think the guy to the right of Chris is Dr. Doom. If you look closely you can see a small edge sticking out of the left side of his head. Which wouldbe Dr. Doom’s hood.

He’s the ??? character. Some people seem to be mistaking him for Urien or Seth or something, but the character has to be a Marvel one instead of a Capcom one.
Well they definitely shopped those characters out so the fine detail of his hair could have been lost in translation, nobody wants Seth in another game man nobody. . .
