also, who should I play in AE? I’ve learned a lot using hawk (and that period I ran into the lab with hakan) and I know they both got somewhat better in ae but i’m sort of up in the air about if i should continue to play either/both of them. i finished my column and sent that off and over the next ten or so days i’ll be done my gigantic paper for class so after that i’ll be back to having time to play where i can actually learn stuff. who is looking good for me to play come june?

Makoto, Bison, E.Honda and the left field options…Gen/Rose. All seem to have rock solid D, abusable normals (your fav) and are dynamic enough to be played in a variety of ways if you so choose. Just my two cents homes.

I can see myself using those. I like gief’s guessing game (and his extended grab range in ae) and sim could be fun since i like to press buttons. I’ll see if i can squeeze out some training room time either today or tomorrow night to mess with either of them. maaaaaaybe makoto too. laurence was correct that i would like modok.
not at all. depending on how many people show up we’ll only be able to dan-league for so long (i’m not looking to enter the league with like 6 characters). i would say we should have an HnK machine just set up for the whole night for people to play. I’d really like to have that game as part of a tourney this summer.
I’ll bring my ps3 and my two sticks so my setup will be complete.
The thing about dan battles is that they can take as long or short as you’d like them to take!
This is how we record them and they just took as long as the fight night lasted, so if we play and no one wants to compete after a couple games we can stop it or whatever
i’m looking forward to seeing those. also, let’s not forget we need to hand out a couple flyers to each attendee so they can go back to wherever they are from and put some up.

Remember continue to spread the word. I have the flyers for people to pick up, also Will have a table setup for Sign up (Names and Email’s) with a raffle for some cool prizes to be drawn at the end of the month.
One thing I do asks is that at some point during the evening that you also explorer the arcade floor as well…
