Are there any other media sources we are leaving out to get the word spread? Haven’t seen the new flyer but perhaps it would be a good idea to incorporate all of the next two months worth of dates on it so there isn’t a need for updated flyers every two weeks.

In regards to the video it would be great if we could get it started culminating in a hype trailer for the various new england scenes with maybe some tourny footage, testimonials from regulars and top players in each individual scene etc. Something to think about down the road.

We will have fun and it will be very competitive tonight! Just want to ask everyone to be aware of any new players that may randomly walk-in and to do your best to welcome and invite them to play if they look interested. I missed a couple opportunities to do just that two weeks ago. Just goes to show we can all be a little too involved with our matches sometimes.

Would love to but Music and media licensing would be down our backs (PWA) due to broadcasting and licensing. Ya really re-tarded. Suppas can get away with having a broadcasting tv due to is company size. so unfortunatly we are wired for cable but can not broadcast unless we pay licening fees.
Same goes with why we do not have music in the arcade right now. the several grand it would cost for music right we would rather it go to the games.
As for tonight I will have a new projector setup with stand. What system and game do we want to use on it?

i think it would be courteous of the arcade to let us know if they are going to end it early BEFORE the actual gathering… it’s a pretty long drive down to the arcade to play for 2 hours.
