games last night were getting hot. lots of characters getting better in mvc3 (and nobody punching each other like on the break). I’m starting to feel better with modok now and shuma is coming along for me. man do i love spencer. those wesker shenanigans are pretty deadly, rich, and that dhc into magneto level 3 is so good it’s just lolz.
it was nice to finally meet you vyers and being able to spend some time with GG was great cause that game is crazy cool. i can help you with some sweet tron combos too.
Mr Hitbox, sorry we missed the message but i’m sure laurence will hit you with a message for the future. we are always looking for more players to play and level up with and, since we are going to be changing venues to an actual ARCADE we’re gonna have room for everybody and their mom to start showing up soon and playing.

we have flyers for the 19th at PWA yet? we’ll probably need those up at area colleges, game stores, and whatever to pull in a good crowd (which will then weed itself down) and we’ll need another flyer to give out when people show up as a reminder for the next meeting (which would be May 3rd i guess). i’ve emailed the old five dragons crew too and informed them about the new venue. what’s happening for the MK release part of the event?
Whatever needs to be addressed will be wrapped up tonight after I meet with Adam and check out the space. April 19th is tentative as PWA may have something else planned but it was the date thrown out and just so happens to be MK release day. As for flyers Adam will put up any information we have on the website which would also be huge, but I am not good with the artistic portions of something like that (wording is more my forte) and thus minimal experience with photoshop et al. So anyone else with the chops to get the art piece done step up or ill just have something written up for Adam to add to the Salt Mines portion of the site.
Speaking of which I think we will go with something generic like “PWA Fight Nights” starting on the 19th. Marketing it that way projects Mines and PWA as one entity and minimizes confusion. Any objections to the name change means you have a suggestion and im all ears.:tup: For new people that show up we will have a guest book of sorts to provide emails or facebook etc. That way we can maintain a cohesive database of all our core players and easily send news of changes and tournament dates etc. That’s all until tonight!

i’m game as well. also, mk9 and ah3 release on april 19th. ah3 will be a $30 download via psn. Tim, you need to get a copy of the PWA logo from adam to include on the flyer. i scored a giant ass crt for future festivities. we should make sure to sample the pizza tomorrow too.
