Seriously, honey, you can’t judge the other girls on SRK only because you do not know them…Sure, i thought Beatrice was an attention whore too, but on AIM, she said that she is not a wild girl, She doesn’t want boys to be all over her, or vice-versa.

And also, just because The other girls don’t post in this thread, doesn’t mean they are attention whores.
I just don’t think it’s right to judge people, even if i don’t like them…Because nobody likes to be judged…

Oh yeah Prox gave me a shout-out. But on the real I still think a girl gamer’s calendar is a good ide if done properly. The reason why I suggested the idea that I did is because I felt alot of people were “cutting that head to the white meat” on Strider23. He really didn’t say anything wrong to get the response he did. And Proxima, surprisingly, Ryu Shinnosuke is a cool person. Alot of people thought she and other females were attention whores but they just like posting and giving their opinions on SRK. So try not to be hard on her, she’s nice. But if something happened between you two personally then disregard what I have said. Go Ranma!!!:o

The girls in this thread obviously want attention. Or else, why start a thread titled “new girl gamers thread” in the first place. You know you’re going to attract the attention of legions of horny guys, whether you like it or not. So you have to deal with the idocy of whever comes in here from time to time, it’s just the consequence of drawing attention to yourselves by starting your own gender-specific thread. Similarly, if I started a thread titled “sexy bodybuilding guy’s thread” i’d have to expect legions of horny women and/or gay men to be harassing me constantly. It’s just a side effect of drawing attention to yourself.
With that being said, the “girl gamers calendar” idea is the most stupid fucking thing I’ve heard in a LONG time. If it’s not the most obvious attempt of some horny motherfucking pervert to get some pix of these female players, then I don’t know what is. Bottom line is, sadly, this: most female players aren’t good looking anyway, and the ones that are, well, they wouldn’t give you horny bastards a second glance if you were the last man on earth. So get off the fucking calendar idea and go get a real girlfriend. Or go jerk off. Just leave the ladies alone.

its cool that there are girls who like to play games,but a girl who can hold her own,is even better.especially if you got some fan boy standing around watching you play.it would make him think twice about playing.i know that i have had my share of doing that.
Did you see the thread in Gen Discussion about it? The first couple of pages were basically people for it, I’ll admit. But after that, it was pretty obvious alot more than 3 thought it was stupid. I think no matter how “classy” you try to do it, it’s a bad idea.
nycgamer: to answer your question, “no i’m not a serious gamer” i don’t travel to tourneys because i’m not that good. my main focus is art and I will travel and sacrifice for art, but not games. sorry that’s just the way my priorities are arranged right now.
