just got back from Lawrence an hour ago…sorry we missed you Misha & Ben. I bought 3 prints from Dorothy Sullivan (my new favorite cherokee artist) and 2 pieces of jewelry. although the rain has post-poned the dancing out there it sure didn’t stop the crowd from coming out to shop this weekend; which is great for the artisans. we might go out there again tomorrow too. there’s also a dance here in k.c. next weekend, i’ll have to look up the address and email it to ya Misha.

Hello peeps! Nothing much to report. Just wanted to stop in and say hi. I’m thinking about trying out for a hiphop dance troup tomorrow, I missed the auditions today due to a math exam. Its a mostly girl troup but I think it would help me concentrate on learning to break. Its too bad theres not a gamers club on KU that Ive heard of - I think that’d be fun and we could try to recruit more chicks.
Ooooh, Taco - I found the perfect little gothic lolita vintage sailor dress. Its so cute. Cute puffy sleeves, tiny waist, full skirt. I could almost put a corset on top of it. Ive taken to wearing my vintage dresses over jeans at school. I hate college students. Their so dense. They’ll stare for a moment and ask blankly “What’cha wear that fer?”

I thought intelligence would increase once I reached college. Hell, my high school was far more interesting and thought provoking and creative. Even the art students here are boring. I hate these people from dinky towns that are like “wooo-hoooo, beer!” and that consists of their vocabulary.

D9: yeah college is pretty lame. someone asked me once why I wore this one dress with jeans… honestly it looks better with the jeans cuz its a wrap dress. just looks like an oversized shirt. oh well… they never understand. someone asked me about a headpiece I wore and I just gave them this look like, “STFU.” I’m nice like that. OH yeah… there’s this adorable vintage dress on eBay I know you’d love. I’ll IM you the link.
Ang: Bellows has some work up in Seattle right now. my art prof let me look at his new catalog and I found some really tight works he did. he mostly does a lot of graphite work.

So this is the “femme fatale” thread. I hope I can visit from time-to-time (if you don’t mind having a “puppy” on a thread full of “kittens”). I never knew there was so many female game players here at SRK. It sure is wonderful though. I think I have spoke w/ D9 some time ago. We talked about this date she had a problem with. Hope everything is a lot better now & will be around in the near future.
