Tilt closes at 7 on Sunday, 9 any other day of the week. Usually during Christmas season the hour change to 8am - 12am or something close to that, those times are great.

And on another, more serious note, about the tourney, sure, Ill try and make it if I can. Just got back from having my car towed home. Turned out I threw a rod. Damn that things loud. No problem though. My mother has an old jeep shes letting me use, so I have transportation when the time comes. I just have to hope the tourney is on a day off.
