no one has been posting anything on the old thread so I thought I would start the new one for 2004. so here we go.
Shinnobi, i was wondering if I could run the cvs2 tourneys monthly. that is of course if everyone likes the way I run things during the tourney’s. so what do you guys think? was the way I ran the last two tourneys cool. let me know and lets keep this thread goin all year.
New thread? Ok. Tyram running the tourney was ok, I liked it because it actually started close to the time it was sapposed to. Usually they dont start until like 3-4 even though it is agreed to start at 2.
I could care less, I hate running tournaments.

Don’t worry when it comes to tournament play. Later on you’ll start to get a better feeling when you enter more tournaments. It’s kind of like an example of stage fright in one way.
Man I for one can not wait for Tekken5. The Tilt arcade better get T5 when it comes to the arcade and then we might see a bit more crouds checking out the game.

yeah man dont even trip. once you go to enough tourneys youll be playing just as good as you would be outside of the tourneys.

as for tournament playing: i get really nervous and end up doing stoopid shit. like at the latest tournament, i was activating for retarded reasons. cammy jumps up, i active…oooooh…go me!

Ah I know who you are now. Don’t ask me if I have been behind the days knowing the 707 Tilt players that do come here on SRK since I am kind of bad remembering who is who.
Hey phillip, I’ll be coming down to the Tilt tomorrow in the afternoon. Since I have nothing else better to do, I’ll play against you on CvS2 and perhaps I can help out your gameplay for the next monthly tournament.
So who is going to be at Tilt tonight? I will be there playing CvS2, I really need to get better.

not a bad night at tilt. i showed up a little late though. i missed fighting phillip and james. GOD DAM IT. i got a 20 win streak. i guess my new combos are helping me out in a big way. I still need to improve alot more before the next tourney though.
ps. Hey James at the next tourney be ready because your goin down fucker. Ill be ready for you.

Good games to everyone that I played against today. Every now and then I’ll come out of the light to play against everyone at the Tilt yet I highly doubt I’ll enter any CvS2 tourneys. Been concentrating mainly on T4 and VF4 Evo.
P.S: I’m still suprised I was executing better playing earler then I was during the evening. I didn’t expect any kind of win streak at all this day yet be careful guys when I do play from time to time.

Oh yeah umm one more thing , every monday before the tilt tourney will be the session at my place. So its only once a month now.
