No, 98UM isn’t on GGPO. He meant support SNK by buying 98UM and Garou BUT play(OG98 and Garou) on GGPO since SNK’s netcode is crap.
Sarcasm my friend. My point was that there’s no other way to play UM online.
At least not until someone emulates it.
Hopefully SNK makes KOFXII with enough old favs that 98UM becomes replaceable.
Fingers crossed this gets patched by the PAL release. I really, really hope this is the silver bullet we’ve all been waiting for.

Hopefully this patch will be as good as I hope. I have a feeling if it isn’t SNK might be done for.
Hope all you want, I’ll be doing the same, but I wouldn’t bet anything.
The shame is that there’s a small chance that there will still be big problems even after this patch. I’m just hoping i’ll finally be able to get online and play it. Having to wait almost a month to play a game you bought seems kinda ridiculous.
I’ve been playing since day one, not sure what’s wrong with your copy 
Same here, I really hope this fixes it, but I’m also ready to cancel my pre-order if it’s still rubbish. I never thought that having a month delay would be a good thing for this game, but at least this way I can see if it’ll be worth my money
