Most matches are ok for me but what really pisses me off are matches where people teleport all over the place and you can see that they dont lag at fucking all reacting to everything.
Not a clue, maybe it’s broken or maybe because people were complaining they weren’t finding enough matches.
I’m finding Japanese people at 4-5 and 5 with horrid rollback teleporting, the beta and short stress test before this one was much better in my experince.
The half dozen matches I’ve had have been great. Feels like offline. Switching my settings to 3-5 seems to have resolved my issues. Had smooth match with a PC Necalli player just now. I’m really having fun with SFV.
missing a lot of ex sbk wakeups. I’m getting thrown. I think it is the lag playing ranked ps4 only, 5 connection only. …irritating lag going on behind the visual
It’s definitely broken, and 3 made it even more shitty. I just don’t get it, why can’t we simply play in lobbies at this point and use ping or regional filtering? This auto match making sucks.
Our match was pretty good! What I mean is that if a simple thing like PS4/PC filtering isn’t working then neither are the others, so what are they doing? We have 2 and a half weeks left and in the current state the game still doesn’t have filters applying right.
I get some good matches in and some bad ones. The filters definitely aren’t working, and I hope it’s fixed on final release.
I posted on the last page that when playing I can’t tell when I’m matched up against a PS4 user vs a PC user. There is no difference to me in quality, I have to look at the icons prior to the match to find out. I don’t half the time. I’ve had some good matches against PS4 users so I don’t think cross play is a problem at all.
I only ask this because the cross play in SFxT with console and vita was downright HORRIBLE. And I was hoping it wouldn’t be a repeat…I was right. Thank god for that.
I’m getting matches that seem good and stable but constant mini hiccups keep happening such as my punishes wiffing completely through my opponent and then the game catching up and having them teleport to show that they were out of range. Loooooots of dropped inputs as well. Literally stood there mashing st.hp as Laura to CC punish a wiffed uppercut from Ryu and she didn’t do anything until after he had already recovered. (It’s not my stick because this obviously isn’t happening in training mode)
