Ah…he does have a point. i should’ve died already during the first round, he missed the super. 2nd round, i setup to close. necro’s main game is in the corner, which is an advantage of makato. she want’s u in the corner. (same goes for urien) 3rd round, i missed most of my follow up hits. just gotta play more…practice practice. thanks for the complement though. appreciated.
some tips fighting makoto. stop her dash in at all cost, her speed is a killer. well timed jab hook does the job well. back strong also does the job and builds meter. punish jumpins with electricity, most of the anti air normals can all be beat by makoto’s jumping medium kick. (which is why i hate makoto, not mentioning the grab). Main key is pressure with drill kick, make sure that your hit confirm hits. Back to practicing.
slime’s necro is pretty good. as you said before, you gotta practice more. i like your style of play too. my necro is rusty and i wish my friends can record the way i play with my necro too, lol. im not as good as i was a few months back. if i can make it to 7th place in a tournament with necro, then i know that something can be done really good with him.
slime lord . you need use more c.strong or bd. fierce after a drill because a lot of times oponent jump after this , sa3 not is a good anti air only way for use if oponent jump back whit a fierce or roundhouse you can use sa3 see more vids of sugiyama gamestyle (he think more and wait)

Points taken…thanks for the advice. yeah, i do tend to think less when i start to play aggressive. My main objective is to get them in the corner, and start mind games. let me add one thing about your advice. hesitate half sec before doing the c.strong and bd.fiece…just to mess up the parry happy people, one parry can be fat damage for necro…not mentioning u r in crouching position.
As for the tourney, 7th place (or 8th?). Match w/ 5 star. all i can say is that i am too preditable when playing him. Props to 5 star, a really good player. Also, I realized I let him jumpin too much. gotta work on that. Hope the vid can come up soon. so i can study my bad habits.
Here is a sick combo (just for fun to dis someone) after saIII when oppoent is stunned in the corner, jabx4 (u can replace the first 3 hit w/ b.strong)-> combo into taunt…For shotos (doesn’t work on weird character such as dudley) 7 hit juggle …sick:wasted:

Hmm…okay depend on the distance between ur opponent after u land the drill kick. somepeople tend to parry high after a close drill kick. Thanks.

people tend to throw you as well once you land. since the drill kick has no frames when landing, some people get tricked into trying to hit you. parrying the first hit of the drill kick might not make ur opponent be able to hit you, but down-parrying the second hit will.

SlimeLord you should of beat 5Star’s Ken Cause:Ken you have to play aggressive, with Necro you play Aggressive Defense I know you play Millions of Kens in FFA.
Necro standing Strong is so good against Ken(Shotos) it keeps him at bay like right outside of sweep distance so you wont worry about L.Forward Super.Drill more to keep em concentraiting on it while your setting up other shit:wgrin:

Saw your first vid, I found nothing really wrong with your play at all, you did get a bit too eager at the end of the match to poke though, which could cause problems with someone more parry happy.
I’m guessing these are all PinoAB7 but I could be wrong.
