Nope. You can time grabs on your opponents landing recovery from a jump. You can do this in most games. I usually punish bad cross up with T.Hawk with walk under 360, they can hold up, they get grabbed.

Thatā€™s due to being in air attack landing recovery though, kind of like saying if you block their DP they canā€™t jump out.

You can do it even if they donā€™t attack homie.

Go pop is CvS2, SF4, 3S, etc have the cpu neutral jump or record it etc, you can time a grab and they canā€™t jump out.

Can you grab them out of an air reset? Because thatā€™s what is being asked here.

Iā€™m pretty sure you can cancel that and go into a jump if you didnā€™t attack.

Regardless, someone should check to see if the wakeup throw invincibility works on air resets; some games have it, some games donā€™t on odd resets.

Nope, that doesnā€™t work I was just responding to him saying you can always jump out of a command grab.

You canā€™t cancel your empty jump landing frames into another jump, you can however special or super cancel it.
For example, special cancelling your landing frames into something thatā€™s throw invincible or airborne on the 1st frame is one of the only ways to escape Dhalsim or Abelā€™s Ultra 2 anti air.

Hey guys, I never had the chance to play Necalli and Iā€™m very interessted in this character, but I donā€™t understand his V-Trigger, could someone explain it? I know it change some of his frame-data, but what does it exactly? what changes and what can I do what I canā€™t do without his V-trigger?

Doesnt have to charge in combos, more range on dp, more damage overall iirc. Iā€™m sure Iā€™m missing a few things.

I believe Discā€™s Guidance goes further and dive kick gets more +frames.

cr.mp xx mk stomp combos without counter hit, so its a really good tool to harass with. if you get a confirm and have super, hello massive damage 500+

The braids break and his hair gets all crazy and red and glowing. Your opponent becomes completely intimidated and their soul immediately jumps out of their body for the devour-our-ouring.

He gets faster movement and dash speeds, and better hitboxes on his DPs as well. More range on his punch normals and better frames on some moves.

It essentially turns him into the best character in the game.

Walkspeed doesnā€™t get faster according to Eternal. His dashes seem to go further but I havenā€™t seen actual confirmation from the frama data guys.

Previously it changed the frame data on his punch normals too, but that was removed and now I think it only changes divekick and his specials. All his punch normals do extra 10 damage.

Stomps start faster so combos from mediums are possible, disc guidance doesnā€™t require charge in combos, EX barrage gets an extra projectile absorb hit, v-skill is signficantly improved in frame data and hitbox, more forward momentum on DPs, extra damage on command grabs.
