DevilJin 01- After meeting you and your brother, I’ve got to say that you guys are some of the coolest peeps I’ve ever met. Your Ibuki is sick as hell man, you were wrecking some shit man, keep that shit up. I could not have asked for a better team then the one that we were on (team diversity for life mother fuckers). Oh and your stick is fucking magic, it felt like switching from shit- tier reebok’s to some Air Jordans.
you helped give me inspiration when I felt like I couldn’t do shit, so I’m definetly going to take your advice and keep practicing. I hope to see you again real soon.
Sam- You have one of the most patient Chun’s I have ever seen in my life. You also adept to players really fast, as evidence when you ex spinning bird kicked that Hugo player to death. You also helped my Alex out by giving some tips and I thank you for that. It was an honor to play by your side in the team tourney (team diversity going to wreck some shit next time).
BB Hood- I didn’t get to talk with you to much, but I know that you are one excellent player after watching you best in the 3s team tourney. Your Yun’s on fire son keep that shit up.
gbursine- Damn its been a long time coming and it was finally nice to meet you. your fucking to sick at vampire savior, and you gave Jeron a run for his money. I’m going to start playing this game online again when I get back, fuck my schools policies. You, me , Jeron, Master Chibi, and all the other VS players out there are going to revive this game, I don’t care how long it takes. See you online.

Jeron, I love playing you. cereally(south park reference). playing you brings out an advanced something or other in me [that lets me iad near instantly, and guard cancel better], which few can do. ALL of our matches were good, and made me proud no matter the outcome. I’ll win a VS tournament against you, as soon as I learn to block low…lol(sad truth, though easily remidied.) When I stabalize in the real world next year, I can better sort whether or not I can do up evo w/ ya’ll. Its something I’ve been wanting to do since forever, but have never had the time/money/flexible_schedule. Hold shit down, and hope to at least play ya before ECC.

Dude w/ the Agetec(sry I forgot your name… >.<), I’m sorry about your dreamcast. I think if you can finde someone else with a shitty laser, you can cannibalize its power source thing. To folks who don’t know, this fellow brought two valubles with him; a perfectly fine dc, and an original green goblin. both of which had been working fine with eachother for as long as he’s had them both.
So, for those that know, the agetec and Mas stick pcbs(actually i think its the mas 360’s) DONT MIX. at least two dcs went out, almost simultaneously. They were eventually fixed, but later on during that night, i believe Gabe brought me over, b/c some fool didnt listen to him about mixing the green goblins and mas’s. the dc COMPLETELY shorted out, and because I’ve never been in the situation where I didnt learn from my initial mistake, I was helpless to do anything (sry mang). So plz respect peoples requests next time
Another thing. I was doing alot of casual before team marvel and VS came about, and there were quite a few cases where people needed a stick, & I just happened to have two. If you need a stick, and dont have your own, please dont incessently bitch about how shitty my sticks are. while not many people who used them did bitch(because the sticks were playable), i had a big wtf on my face for those that did. i’m really saying I think, plz respect the gesture

I seriously need to mod a DC controller to work on a PS2 so I won’t be so freaking scared about entering anything for the PS2 besides Kof XI.
I also need to find somebody that’ll play 3S, NGBC and MBAC competitively with me. I get nervous when the only practice I get in a game is from the CPU and my 8 year old brother.
Next time I’m waring a name tag and getting more sleep (taking naps on the floor if I have to) before I play. :o

To everyone inquiring about the dude who played Anakaris based teams, his name is Gabriel and I knew he was gonna wreck some shit down there. I’m hella surprised at his placing in the low tier tourney though. Guess he got nervous or outplayed. I was expecting that to be a free win for him, next to maybe JW.
He RARELY posts on this board under the name KapKom, and by rarely I mean I think I’ve only seen him post like 2-3 times since I joined this forum many moons ago. So good luck getting a hold of him. I play him like every other week and he always has some new trick that takes me by surprise.
But yeah, his Anakaris/Sonson is SICK. Dude has too many rarely seen/used tricks and gimmicks. I just wish I could have come to this like I originally planned, just to see the faces of some folk. Oh well.
I expect to see many x-copied Anak/Sonson teams in the future.

I can understand not entering a tourney because it starts too late (hell, I was almost victim to that at the last monthly here in Chicago), but if you decide not to enter because JustinW drops out and you don’t feel that there is any other competition, that’s just over inflated egos at work. Fuck that.
And why would Sanford be insulted at being told it’s free money? Who doesn’t like free money??? I guess if they were saying it like that’s the only way he makes money, then I could see the insult. If that’s the case, that’s pretty triflin’.
