Gonna make my best attempt to make it out to WNB this week for TTT2 and Marvel. My stick is back from the shop and RL family stress has calmed down a bit. Hopefully stays that way.

Pps: GG had entrants? I’m astounded, I should have asked off from work. I mean, who even won that thing, one of the old heads rinsing half forgotten bnbs on people who don’t even know about full screen riotstomp trolling?
It’s the best way to play him. Got to play a set vs. Dieminion’s Yang. Very good with rushdown/mixup. He has everything you want; DP, command grab, divekick, rekkas, frame traps, decent links.
The competition was pretty high actually. Matt Frank, PacStrife, PWS, Narcowski and so on for GG. 100 dollar pot bonus payout dude.
Count me in for next Monday for KOF. The MindGames promo artwork is sick. Love the Moday night football one. I’m see I can make a return to WNB too!
The level of competition for GG felt pretty high, but I hardly have words for how out of practice I was / am in that game. I’d bet good money that I dropped more combos than I completed in tournament play, haha. I’m definitely going to have to start lugging my CRT to the Boone gatherings again. There’s a decent bit of excitement for it up here, even from people other than me. Hopefully they stick with it.

We are taking into consideration all the feedback that players are giving us as well as the constructive criticism in order to run better tournaments at WNB. So with that being said we like to announce that the structure of how we do things has changed and things should be faster now so that players who come from out of town (Greensboro, Fayetteville, Durham, etc…) can compete and be on their way back home as fast as possible. This is also the starting point of Raleigh’s WNB seeding point reward towards the monthly tournaments hosted by KDP at Elite Zone, TH/WNB is happy to be part of/help unifying the fighting game community of North Caroline alongside BFP MindGames and KDP Kamada Digital.
