I’ve been seeing XII/XIII style sprite mock-ups for a while now, some people doing SF characters even.
lol at it coming from me, but they should probably add at least one female character if all those dudes are going in. The DLC characters we already have were all guys. Marvel got 12 dudes. What’s up with DLC being penis only? lololol
That said, there aren’t that many good (i.e. viable, popular, realistic) female choices left to be in the game. Blue Mary is probably one of the more likely possibilities and I don’t even like her lol. I’d be fine with Whip and Kasumi. Malin and Vanessa I guess. Foxy’s cool but a long shot and the rest are just blah to me. It’ll be interesting to see what comes with XIV, as I imagine that game will happen with this game’s success?
There were a few girls on the list as well actually. I didn’t know who most of them were though. One of them was that girl at the very start of the intro to KoF13 though, right before the scene with heidern.

Yah i see those mockups now. I dont see them happening in this game but definitely in the next possibly. And in typical KoF fashion, the next game after the end of a story arc is always a dream match so therefore all those dead characters could come back. So that means characters like Geese and the New Faces (Yashiro, Shermie, Chris) COULD come back. But knowing SNK they will pull from the more recent bunch of characters like Gato, Oswald, Tizoc, NEW Terry, B. Jenet, and the rest of the XI guest stars.
I wouldn’t be surprised if some of this was them gauging interest in characters they could put in. But fuck like… Gato, Oswald, Heidern, Rugal, Geese, B.Jenet, Yamazaki so many cool fucking KoF characters that didn’t make the cut, that shit needs to happen. How do people like Chen, Ralf, Hwa and such make it in but not those guys? -_-
Hwa is in because he was easy to make, since 80% of the work was done with Joe
Chin is in because do you really want Bao instead?
Ralf/Clark are in because they’re main character who have been in every damn game, and they’re manly as hell.
A lot of those chars you consider cool I think are dumb (never liked MOTW designs)
I’d love to see Rose playable in another KOF- I can see her being a troll like Princess Sissy or something. (watched Power Instinct stream last night at work- I hope like hell that game makes it over here now, so hilariously stupid)

Hey Armando, that bit of info you told me at WNB led me to figure out something else interesting.
So after you do the EX grab with Liz in the corner and do the dp+C and qcf+C, the game allows a j.B+C bypass activate > shiny supers. It does a little over 75% for 4 meters off of a grab. That’s all of your resources since you play her second, but sometimes you do what you gotta. You may be able to insert a dp+A there, I forgot to try, but I imagine the juggle height requirement starts to be a jerk there.
j.B+C works most any time they’re in a higher, “fresh” juggle state, like after an EX dp anywhere. The normal has more startup than a normal j.C though so it won’t work in B&Bs. Same if you use input priority to get out j.B or J.D.
