I just got my career jumped off so I’m in the process of apartment hunting in Charlotte, ill have a place in a few weeks. It seems like ill be able to host during the week idk what day yet, i will keep everyone posted.
I’d like for all 3 tournaments to run in the same month without interfering with each other. I’ll go talk to Kevin about what we can do with the Fayetteville tournament to not interfere with the Greensboro tournament, we may even have to move it to 5/28. Although it does feel like we’re getting muscled out of a date we chose a week ago. Really wish Miguel would post on SRK more often, not everyone has a FB account although I should probably make one at some point.
Kevin check your PM’s, I’m trying to get this tournament situation discussed ASAP. I already have a draft for the tournament thread made, I just need your approval to post it.

On may i’m gonna bring deadontime, brandino, and one possibly two others up to Elite Zone with me on the 6th and plan to go to the fayeteville tournament.
I decided to remove where the sessions are hosted at so players can PM the host for details. I did that so hosts don’t get uninvited players showing up to their venues. Which is also the reason I took Jon’s phone number off the first post cause I’m not sure if he would want random players calling him throughout the day. So if you’re hosting a session it would be a good idea for you to check your PM’s every once in awhile. If you would like me to put the addresses back up for your session then I will. I’m just trying to take a bare minimum information approach.
With regards to majors beyond CEO, is anyone planning on going to MWC in Nashville this year? It’s a tolerable drive from Boone (less than 6 hours), but it seems a bit far from anywhere else in the state. Hotels are dirt cheap though - with an AAA discount, one of the ones listed on the site is $56 a night.
I was thinking about taking a group from here, but nothing concrete yet.
I mean Will and the Fayetteville players have been trying to set a tournament and keep us notified for how long now? Then Lucky’s gets announced 3 or 4 days ago with no tourney thread or promotion, and now Elite Zone has to change the date?
Corner-trap, your first post is broken. When I click on Xrii’s name to send him a message about Lucky’s, it’s not taking me directly to his facebook page. And you need to add Drunken_Dragon to the list. They host Tekken gatherings at his place on the second Wednesday of every week.
Also, if I go to a tournament on 5/21, it’ll be Elite Zone. I’ve known about that one for longer, and it was mentioned on SRK.
