Well to be fair, I talked to the guy a bit and he’s on a strict schedule to get shit done. He knows tournament standards and feels bad he can’t do sets, but they gotta do what they gotta do. I just pretend I’m in a really bad japanese tournament when we’re there. The DQs are fine and to be fair, we WERE late to CVS2 so, I think it’s just us being used to Lucky’s starting like 5 hours later than listed. I didn’t really care, it was CVS2 anyway lol.
Definitely had to ask to go piss though, otherwise you were done. But ehh, atleast we didn’t have to wait around. Infinite time is stupid though. I’ll talk to them about that next year.
Oh and as far as our matches, they were pretty good. I’m just learning not to fall into any patterns and where to use focus and pokes and what not vs her. Been trying to work on my ground game / whiff punishing lately so I think that helped a little. I felt I was a lot less risky than I was before I took my vacation from fighting games for a bit.
That Hakumen player seriously needs to join SRK though. I was really impressed with him.

…so I was bummed that I missed like 200 posts and my obsessive compulsive tendencies were going to require me to read the whole thread. Then this discussion appeared and saved me a shitload of time ie it’s fucking pointless. Fuck Keits.
Tournament standard is PS3. Are you forced to play on PS3 while your opponent fights you playing on his 360? Are you able to play on the exact same TV as at home? Is it CRT or LCD? Does it have lag that you can’t realize? Do you sit in the same chair? Do you leave the house? Naaaaaaahhhhhh. When we session, I set the match to one-round and infinite time. This is something that can be replicated on either system so this is the new tournament standard because that’s what I use and I am right and have done tests ok awesome. ADJUST should be the new catchphrase for 2011. It’s too bad you guys play Street Fighter instead of Bitchcup Championships. I think we should nominate a Bitchcup Champion before every Lucky’s, based from the posts since the last tournament, and automatically seed them into the losers bracket for being such a bitch.

GG man. I was definitely rooting for you when you played that Bison, lol. That combo into *super comeback was pretty beastly. I beat that Bison the first time but I didn’t want to fight him again at all. That matchup is really difficult for the green goblin and I just barely squeezed out the win on him.
