So, I know I already said I’m out for the hotel session, but in for Final Round.
…Unfortunately, Final Round this year balls’d things up by falling on the same weekend as the Men’s ACC Tournament. And There’s about a 90% chance of me having to help out throughout the weekend.

The all-assist video on the front page confirmed a lot of training mode options. Like practicing based on lag (1-5 bars), being able to switch assists without returning to character select, and mango sentinel.
Whoa, simulated lag? That’s crazy.
Amaterasu’s projectile assist looks amazing. And powered up arthur torch flame assist too.
I plan on going to Final Round. Make a list.
Is there a record feature? Did? I miss it?

Also, as someone who hasn’t grown up with Street Fighter, can someone please explain to me why there’s this retardedly bad input-devouring, frame-by-frame lag whenever a special or knockdown happens in Street Fighter II? Why was it kept in HDR? I think it’s stupid.

What secondary link are you guys using? It just lists Best Buy stores near you regardless of whether or not they have the demo. It’s defaulting to a simple store locater instead of a demo finder.
Shrug If you didn’t grow up with it, you don’t understand the aesthetic effect it had back in the day. At the time it made special moves look dramatic and like they had IMPACT, in the days before you could mash out a 20-hit combo with specials.
Also in some games, like Samurai Shodown, the dramatic hitstun intentionally allowed you to do combos that otherwise wouldn’t be possible.
yeah the store locator showed winsten-salem on the list and i went yesterday and they didn’t have it. calling your local best buy is probably your best chance of checking.
Checked the bestbuy in Knightdale, where this Knight Dale resides, no mvc3 kiosk. Shafonda Laniquisha Randomblack didn’t know what mahvel was… not surprising though. Probably would have shown me a copy of marvel mutant alliance or some shit.
