Makes one wonder if the other c.mk is only associated with a ‘mode’ you can choose.
i.e. if each mode mixes in some new normals that changes the individual character styles even further. That would b e kinda cool, especially to freshen up mirror matches.
Where did you get that from? There is nothing in the canon to suggest that their fates are intertwined in that way. Bison can kill her at any time but chooses not to because he takes her for fodder (another spare body) and enjoys tormenting her probably.
There is also considerable debate about taking the whole ‘two halves of one soul’ literally. Yes, they did share a body at some point (when Bison possessed her, specifically the event referenced in Rose’s SF4 prologue), yes they are kindred spirits wielding 2 sides of the same power, but there is nothing to suggest absolutely that they were actually the same person. If you’re getting this from the plot guide, I’ll have you know that it is full of conjecture (read: lies) being passed off as fact.
If a portion of a soul cannot exist on it’s own and Bison and Rose both have portions of the soul then truly killing one of them would prevent the other from existing would it not? Either they both need to die at the same time for either to be killed OR truly killing one in such a way as to prevent the soul from moving to a new host would ultimately destroy the other one OR killing rose would return the “good portion” of Bison’s soul to him which I doubt he wants. That is my interpretation of that statement. Sure it’s conjecture but so is everything else. There is no true canon book.
Aww you said the rapist joke already, i was all ready to be the funny person and mark 1:05 in everything, oh well, i fail at life… Q.Q LOL just kidding.
That sonic boom into teleport setup gave me flashbacks of Seth, I also can’t stand Bison, but for once, he actually sounded bad ass at the end. O_O
It would be nice if he had some scars or whatever, but he looks the way that a 5 years old would draw a frankenstein monster with those cartoon stitches and patches in my opinion.
(I also wonder how his hair is similar over both skin patches, I mean, it is very convenient that his right eyebrow looks exactly like the left one, and there’s no discontinuity on his head hair either)
i’m not digging the new look, sorry i said it. Should of just gave him the jewel at the center, and pretty much reused his old look but in next generation graphics. (maybe throw in something similar to a scarf, sash, hat, or something of the sort) Better yet, lets make it so Charlie is wearing boots, pants, but has a semi robe thing going on, a robe that’s not long enough to cover the fact that he’s wearing pants or boots, but long enough to be considered a robe and not a sweater. (kind of like Phase 4 from DOA5?) he can have a bad ass black hood covering half his face cause lets assume he doesn’t like people seeing the gem on his forehead, i dunno, could be cool. That way when it comes to actually seeing his face in cut scenes, or when he takes of his hood at the start of a battle, he won’t look like he came from the destroyed toy room from Toy Story 3. (godlike example, yes i know)
I also noticed they added people into the background of the stages to make them feel more alive, that should bring up the PC requirements slightly, not to mention they probably still aren’t done with that stage. Looks like they have yet to drop in the MSAA or whatever type of Anti Aliasing type they’re using, texture filters too, quad core looks like a must for this game, even at minimum requirements.
Also a bit confused on why everyone thinks the graphics look better. Everything is way too saturated and its starting to look a bit like sfxtekken to me, and that’s not good. I liked the darker style they orginally had going on.
Interesting that they’ve given him teleports. I wonder if his Sonic Boom recovery is as fast as it it traditionally is, would give him some sick mixups.
