Some predict Tenten will be very formidable. In the beginning, amateur Tenten players will fall to Lee, Guy and Minato players due to their slow reaction times to defend against teleportation assaults. But it’s entirely possible to succeed with Tenten. I think she has more advantages than someone like Ino in this sequel.

How the fuck do you beat Kakuzu? I always end up with his giant form at around 50-ish % health, and I can barely dodge his attacks. Especially his fire cannon before the O button shows up.

So, is it not possible to stop a string once you see the opponent’s KnJ and be able to block/dodge the Ougi, or even KnJ it yourself?
Because if you could, or even cancel a string with something, then it wouldn’t be broken at all. You could just bait it out and punish. Massive tells on it with the big blue glow during blockstun as well.
Naruto battles are meant to be fought in 3-D! 2-D Naruto combat is soooooo restricting and boring (especially just 1 on 1.)
There are enough street fighter clones out there as it is. ^^;
But NA2 does infact play NOTHING like SF or any 2d fighting game that’s out (I mean you can kinda say it’s SUPER WATERED DOWN IaMP meets A MORE GDLY Smash, but that’s a stretch IMO). And it barely plays like Smash (has Smash like basic inputs), considering its game mechanics and etc.
NA2 has faaaaar from restrictive gameplay! As a matter of fact, I think the game is absolutely perfect. Any style of play you desire can be put to use with almost any character in the game. Seeing Rockman RTSD with a character like Jirobu or Chouji (who are supposed to be slow as shit), is an absolute treat.
NA2 is not just 1v1. You can 1v1 WITH ASSIST, it’s just the competitive community decided it’s not fitting for their taste. I’m sure they sometimes play with assist for S&G.
Next to GNT4, NA2 (hell the whole NH/NA series) has been the most competitive (and I mean in terms of consistancy). I wonder how long UNS2 will last (even with online lol)? You do know they DROPPED UNS in the North East just to go BACK to playing NA2 right lmfao?
I think it’s time for CC2 to make another Accel game and use NA2 as a base (especially so we can FORGET NA3 existed). With some 3rd gen graphics and paying respect to how a Naruto game should be presented/played (like in NA2)…I think they really could have something the world can be content with. And adding online would be the icing on the cake…I guess. :razz:

Shuriken Canceling is not viable in this game because unlike NA2, it doesn’t cancel a move’s animation when you press the shuriken button during a move. The only viable cancel in this game is the [media=youtube]T6DUaU_cZ54"[/media] which won’t work because it will be either too slow or just completely whiff because of the new invincible startups frames they added on the Ougi’s.
