It appears Supports have 3 types of styles to choose from (Attack, Guard and Balance)
It will be very interesting experimenting what each character does in each of the 3 Support styles.
I am aware, since I am also part of this community. But it seems like even though he posted why exactly the game cannot be competitive or whatnot, people here continued to argue about it by stating things without facts or understanding of the whole mechanic of the game.
^ It wasn’t so much people arguing as people all agreeing and Affinity choosing to have the rational thought of a brick wall.
Wow, lots of arguments on whether a game is competitive. A game is only competitive if a community (no matter how small) finds it so. If you find a game competitive, great. If not, then move on.
What little info I know so far about the game engine changes is meh so far. UNS2 does have some potential, but it still has some problems I know from number 1. I’ll just have to wait till I get the game when I have the chance.
Well unfortunately the more I see this game, especially with all the leaked match vids, the more I kinda want to play it.
But NA2 will always be better. When Gaara (Kazekage) can’t fly mid match, SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT!
Hopefully one day, I want the devs to explain to us all WHY they took the UNS route for vs. mode.

Stream was actually interesting. looks like a few things were fixed. they made some characters lame, especially compared to their NA2 versions. But I guess we’ll have to live with that.
And then there’s that shitty camera. But it’s only really bad when you’re full screen away. Guess it’ll take some adjusting (and a lot of swear words) to get uesed to it.
I’m a tad hyped. Just a pintch.
the game is alot of fun digi, I never complained about the camera (not for real anyway) but when you have 4 assists and a gazillion explosions in the screen while you’re in the background it gets so stupid and you’d almost want to stop playing the game…
Also, I’m calling it; Sasori and Taka Sasuke are tops. Itachi, Minato, Jiraya and Pain are close runner-ups. This -of course- is not official or anything but these guys just had so much more going for them compared to the rest of the cast, it wasnt even funny.
both Sasori and Taka can actually Option-select any combo with a jutsu and if you KnJ it’ll fuckin’ track your sorry ass, and if theyre blocked theyre safe and can sometimes start a OOO string again ~_~
I’m too lazy to describe the others but they had some good shit like awesome damage from 5 hit strings, super speed, safe combo’able jutsus and so on.
btw when you pick the same character they get a slighty different color, you were asking that in the stream so i thought i’d answer it 
Yea the game just seems fun if you want to play a naruto game, but that’s about it.

Rather enjoying SP, but MP will take me a lot of time to get used to >_<

alright cool. thanks for that bit of info. so is this game similar to uns1 where gdluy mid/long range attacks pretty much dominate? or can u actually now apply some rush down.
and i assume all characters have two jutsus and 1 ougi (more like super version of jutsus lol) and 1 separate ougi when transformed?

From what I’ve heard you cant use ougi while in awakening anymore but awakening modes are supposed to be alot more powerful than the last game. The wall run/fighting is gone. What was the chakra drain on water?
Also, I think I heard that you cant use assists while in awakening? Someone confirm though, please.
