im gonna say that kabuto had the real madara (or at least his physical body) in that coffin, which would mean that either the guy claiming to be madara isn’t or it’s madara’s spirit inside another uchiha body, kind of like oro’s body swap tech.
anyone defending this cohesive literary masterpiece: consume less vitamin-stupid.
sure it’s entertaining up to a point and is certainly worth 10 minutes a week, but would you recommend it to someone who doesn’t read manga? i mean come on. do you tell people not to laugh when someone falls?
edit: im sure if anyone here could draw, finance and publish their own comic they would. although if nobody on here thinks they can do better than kishi i might just be ultra conceited, because i sure as hell do.

I want my story published, but my drawing at this point SUCKS, and while the storyline and abilities are gettin iller and iller, not being good at drawing, and not really having the time to make it a priority means it will never happen.

Reading it for free over the internet. And reading a chapter takes like 5 minutes, if that. Even if we hate on it now, most people will agree that Naruto started off pretty good, so those still sticking around probably have some degree of investment in the story/characters and want to see how things will ultimately play out. Or, it beats clicking on “Random Article” on Wiki over and over.
And I see lots of adults reading Shounen Jump on the trains and what not.
We’re all entrenched at this point. Gotta stay until the end.
I’m convinced Kishi isn’t the problem. I think he had some good ideas… and there are certain points in the story where you can just tell the editor walked in while Kishi was drawing one thing, and just grabbed his arm like “Nah… son… you can’t kill Neji here. He just placed #4 in the popularity poll”.
Even still… I don’t think it’s THAT bad. It’s silly… but whatever.
A lot of the stuff with danzou and sasuke was actually pretty good. I was enjoying it frills free. Same with Sasuke attacking the conference and fighting everyone at once.
I enjoy naruto alot, and its not as kiddy as you want to make it out.
The problem with naruto is it goes from Wow to “WTF?”…its still over all good, but you can tell naruto is being stretched out… If you took out all the “fat” from season 2 it would be pretty boss outside of some random plot holes that haven’t been filled yet or just don’t make sense as of yet.
Naruto has been a letdown as it progressed further and further, and as much as most of us complain about it. It’s not garbage.

ninja edit; as much as i’ld like J-man to fight naruto… it would be purly a psychological combat as J-man and Naruto both faced pein with drastically varying degrees of success.

Yea it is either Madara or Rikudou Sage. Now it could be the Sage but I just doubt that as it would be hard to ressurect him.
But Madara could indeed be resurrected and it looks to be the obvious choice.
I would have to go with Madara as the resurrection. So that would mean Tobi isn’t Madara I suppose.
I think Madara would be too old to still be alive ATM. But we will see what happens.
Now it could be the Sage as well since that is a good way to blackmail Tobi.
