My only issue with Bleach is that no one dies, evar. Yeah some of the bad guys get roasted but all the good guys are still in tact. There’s no sense of peril or any “oh shit!” moments because you know 99% chance whoever got nearly cut in half will be healed in several volumes. For instance that girl with the hollow mask that got cut in half by Gin. I haven’t heard a peep out of her and someone that gets chopped in half should be dead. She’ll live and I’ll bet you a Coke Momo will live despite getting stabbed through the heart. At least in Naruto some people are dying, albeit sparingly but they’re dying. I can definitely say with confidence more of the good guys are dying in the future in Naruto.
No, it’s not al about death but I mean if you’re going to be in a struggle for the fate of the world/universe/whatever that huge, death has to play a factor in stakes that high.

Aizen is cool, problem is he’s never challenged. You gotta figure at some point that gets old, before this point I would’ve enjoyed seeing a rage filled moment from him. Saskue is more “human” in that he shows emotion, that’s what I think anyway. I still liked Saskue’s trash talk to Orochimaru, something like “A snake slithering on the ground can never hope to fly, except in the talons of a hawk”, or something like that. Freeza is still #1 though, Epidemic will back me up on that. Dude was straight up estrogen filled and still made the toughest guys wet themselves in his presence.
