My guess is activating his newly controllable Jinchuuriki powers while in Sage Mode is going to solve the problem. Either that or his new form will make Sage Mode obsolete, which I highly doubt but it has happened before in shounen (see: Kaioken -> SSJ).
While in his Controlled Jinch?riki Form the Fox supplies mad levels of yang chakra to Naruto. Sage mode was the [dbz-esque] Kaioken to this new form. At one point Naruto fused his initial Jinch?riki Form into his sage mix. Now with a Controlled Jinch?riki Form and perfected Sage mode he may attempt to merge the two into a new form.
however if sage mode is a perfect 3 way balanced blend of yin, yang, and nature… all of the 9 tails’ yang chakra should prove… troublesome.
also… how is Madara going to get the 9 tails’ yin chakara? Did Kabuto find a way to bring back the 4th Hokage? Is he really in the casket Madara was worried about?
And Naruto can’t really focus Sage Made by himself either. He needs his clones. So if there’s an ambush and he needs to use the technique, he can’t.
…there is no point to sage mode anymore. Who else in the series that he’s going to fight against will be as strong or as fast? I’m stil la believer in "this ninja needs more techniques*

i dont see why naruto can’t create a bunch of clones have half of them charge sage mode and the other half defend them from attack. His clones in new fox mode should be tough enough to defend from just about anyone especially if the enemy has naruto + other clones attacking them. Sage mode is cool, i like the tactical edge it brings to fights where it’s used

That would be nice if the toads could bind with the clones or just him now. either way, I see some new form of “that” jutsu coming into play before the final battle. Still, I’m thinking that FnJ will have a significant role and soon.
What I want to see in this war:
Sasori getting revenge on Sakura: do you NEED an explaination? Sas getting jobbed to Bitch-no-jutsu still leaves a rotten taste in my ramen bowl and nothing short of ownage will make me happy.
Naruto Vs. J-Man: Unlike the Boom-shika, He didn’t have to see J-man die. for that reason, the torch was never officially “passed” to Naruto in my mind. This would be an epic way to do it and Naruto can level up without too much fuss from the fans. After that, you just KNOW he ain’t gonna hold back when he faces Kabuto. Fuck a rassengan, he’s gonna be throwing spirit bombs with all nine tails!
Someone Vs. Kisame: I just want my main shark man back in this bitch.
Deidara Vs. TenTen: 
Yeah, I want the bitch blown up. No sense in even beating around the bush.
Gaara Vs. ??: who would be a good match-up for him now? If Kimmimaro is back, get it on. him and/or Lee on that fight would settle the score once and for all, no ninja aids allowed.
Naruto Vs. Sasuke: Meh. No surprise there I bet. I just hope Kishimoto does right by this fight if he screws up the others.

Spoiler is nice, Sai is the truth. Im feeling this nin war so far. I had no clue you could cut chakra strings. Was that done during the Chiyo/Sakura–Sasori fight?
Just caught up with last week’s chapter.
No wonder Sai was always on Sakura’s case when he first appeared. She looks like his brother.
Well the chakra string cutting is pretty odd, I thought that you couldn’t see the strings generally? If that’s not the case what’s the point of a puppeteer hiding if you can just follow his strings. Too bad. Granted it’s not hard to guess the strings are behind the puppet I guess.

it was bound to happen. i am little surprised by the fact that they got restrained so soon though. now with deidara realizing he can c0 infinitely he is practically done for otherwise that’s way too overkill.
Sasori makes his chakra strings very fine, I think, and that’s why they’re not visible. I think this dude’s sword just disturbed the chakra and it caused the strings to get cut.
Well I think that’s supposed to be the case with any puppeteer. Otherwise Shino wouldn’t have needed his bugs to locate Kankuro during the Chuunin exams. He could have just followed the strings. Inconsistent writing? Possibly. Meh.
