Naw, I think Oro is done for now…if he comes back it will be anothre arc after all this MAdara stuff is done. Kabuto has become to strong and advanced at this point to let Oro just ‘pop back up’ like that using his body.
Of course Kabuto has almost instnatly turned himself into a probable heel “Oh yeah the poinson will work oon the zetsus, but I won’t use it crossing fingers”

Didn’t Itachi seal and kill the actual Orochimaru with Susano-O? Kabuto seems to just have a representation of Oro’s power.
If Bleach taught me anything its that have this many epic fights set up at once will inevitably go wrong, my guess is Beating Kabuto will stop all of the edo tensei bodies so they just go after him like Pain.

Because the 15 year old would kill all the lowbie dudes there with war experience. If you haven’t been able to tell by now, the world of Naruto largely follows the old fashioned logic in regards to their leaders: the guy that’s the strongest leads. And since Gaara is the only Kage there who’s actively participating on the battlefield (the other Kages are basically Gaara’s boss in this scenario, therefore making the original statement largely invalid since the older guys still technically run the show), then it fits because well…he would kill those other guys. 
It’s alright, shikamaru will take over Gaara’s unit.
I’d “guess” that the 8T gets to keep samehada. When Kisame died, the sword stayed their to mourn, but even despite ninja politics, the sword still did really like Bee and his chakra…so I fully assume Bee will maintain it.
