Wouldn’t make much sense, considering the transplant was done before Madara plucked the Rinnegan out of Nagato’s corpse. He could be saving the other Rinnegan for when he intends to synch Sasuke to Gedou Mazou, however.

But it’s already been hinted that the Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan does a lot more for the user. There’s the new Doujutsu, of course. It’s been implied that the Mangekyou Sharingan alone grants greater clairvoyance than the Sharingan, and then you take into account that the Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan is essentially a merger of two Uchiha’s Tomoe Seals/douryoku(which is probably why the recovery time seems to be taking so long for Sasuke, relative to how long it’s taken for other eye transplants we’ve seen throughout the series, anyways), and that with each advancement with the Sharingan, the user’s chakra becomes even more potent… It’s kind of obvious there would be some additional benefit in that respect.

[EDIT] - I even have a sneaking suspicion that Sasuke’s going to inherit the jutsu knowledge Itachi’s recorded through his Sharingan’s Tomoe Seal for those 13 or so years. Good way to make up for all those broken promises about helping Sasuke train, don’t you think?

Anyways, it should’ve been obvious that it’d take more than just eternal eyesight to keep up with Naruto’s newfound Jinchuuriki abilities. Just seemed like people were deluding themselves into thinking that the Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan wouldn’t be much of an upgrade just because Madara lost to Hashirama with it.

And really, everybody had to know (well, everybody except blind Sasuke fanboys who thought Naruto needed to master Kyuubi just to match MS Sasuke, and yes these retards exist) that the EMS was more than just permanent eyesight and MS techs. That alone wouldn’t be enough to match Naruto with Sage Mode + new hax Jinchuuriki powers.

Want to add that permanent eyesight in itself is still a pretty huge plus though, as it will allow him to properly train with his Doujutsu instead of learning stuff on the fly like he’s been doing up 'til this point.

Kabuto is ridiculously broken. The only way it would make any sense for Akatsuki to lose now would be to kill Kabuto so Edo Tensei would be shut down. Seriously, Zombie Jinchuriki? Zombie Nagato, and Itachi alone could body everyone. Zombie Kage’s? Everyone else is like insult to injury. Another thing, people keep forgetting that Edo Tensei does not use the body of the dead, it uses the soul. You can use any old dead persons body as a vessel for the soul. Edo Tensei’d people also have broken regeneration skills. They cannot be destroyed unless the one who summoned them has his/her chakra cut somehow. I cannot see the Joint ninja force winning without some kind of bullshit, this should be rape for Madara and friends. Fuck a 7-3 match-up this is more like 9-1.

I think that, considering his lack of rep, being Gaara’s proxy, and the (unofficial)General of Division 4 says quite a lot.

Meh, Madara had to use the Bijuu chakra to make the Zetsu clones. I’m begining to feel like the real weakness to Zetsu is the black one…the white one has been ‘throw away’ for a while now…but hte black one NEVER endangers himself.

Whats funny yo me about the war…actually the series in general…it has degnerated to ‘who can make the most clones’.

As for “fights off panel” I HOPE…I almost PRAY…that Kishi reads Bleach. Look at the epic fail from people unveiling new shit and taking almost two years for a fight with like twenty people. I fully hope that Kishi does a summation and lets the anime sum it up. If the fight isn’t about a main character…ignore it. Just show us someone getting a match up and someon getting beasted on or beasting…

With that said, I did get a little hype re-reading that chapter.

I also want to know what kind of logic Kishi will use with regards to “powers”. I don’t want any 5 heartbeats non-sense (lulz at someone baiting him with a fireball again) or Pein with eyeballz (he can know jutsus, but no eye-tech)…however I’m surprised that…

1. Madara hasn’t ‘sucked up’ dude Shikamaru blew up…
2. Kabuto hasn’t brought back Kisame…
3. The Host? They no longer have their bijuu…do Edo’d out people have unlimited chakra? If not - what good are they?
4. Why no J-man?
5. Why only people we’ve seen die?
6. Why no Oro? In fact what is Oro’s status? He was absorbed via Itachi…but had a loose snake that got burned…so is he Edo-able?

Negative. The source is the tree that was created from Hashirama’s life-souce/cells. I wouldn’t be surprised if Kishi went the route of “destroy the tree by the roots, kills the ‘leaves’” kind of approach where killing the Senju Tree created by Madara renders the Zetsus lifeless, but whether each Zetsu has a lifeforce/will of it’s own is still to be determined. Hell, killing the black Zetsu could be the root of destroying all of the white Zetsu’s. Who knows. Again, all that shit right now is straight up theory fighter.
