Nah something tells me they’ll be able to use any/most of the techniques they had before they died. Kakuzu will probably have some sort of heart-like abilities he had before, just something altered because he’s dead. I’m betting though, that the dead Nagato will most likely have some techniques that we hadn’t even seen in his fight v. Naruto. Not saying that he’ll have new techniques, but probably something he had that we didn’t know about.
im guessing the 2nd had a whole lot of rules he had to obey to use edo. oro probably improved that shit so he only needed the amount of dead bodies that he was gonna summon. kabuto though, dude just walks in with nothing prepared, and bam. he summons a fuckload of overpowered nins. dude has pain and itachi among his zombies, if the can use the 6 paths and MS jutsus, shits pretty much broken. itachi with infinite susanoo with the weapons he had (if he still got them in zombi mode). pain as a healthy pain doing all those jutsus of those 6 bodies in 1 body. the rest of the akas whetre impressive too, but these 2 are way too overpowered. if they can actually fight in their strongest form, thell make 1st and 2nd look like total jokes. add the remaining akas and you got yourself one badd ass motherfucker. though i doubt the shit would work on the new and improved naruto and sasuke. i wonder if kabuto will have his chance against sasuke?
nagato can use all of his techniques without the six paths of pain and the other resurrected akatsuki members will most likely all have their trademark jutsus as well. i am pretty sure edo tensei works like pains sh?ten no jutsu where y?ra had itachi’s sharingan while the bodies still going to have certain limitation like slower, less intelligent, less chakra. though you are still going to have an overwhelmingly strong akatsuki force who can constantly regenerate.

hmm… me thinks Naruto eating crow is a jutsu meant to undo that control of Edo on Itachi.
Necro Itachi will switch sides and talk to his bro. they’ll have a moment, then Naruto’s FnJ will come round full effect bringing the sauce back to the leaf.
note: if the crow jutsu undo all the control jutsu of edo [ie free all necro summons] then two heavy hitters are on Nalto’s side. sounds like a “just as planed” for suace’s older brother.

Agreed with the crow no jutsu tactics here. We’ve seen that Itachi has Shikamaru-status planning abilities when it comes to planning ahead. Planned shit well past his death for sure. :tup:
Agreed. No way Itachi has eyes. I was thinking for asecond Kabutomaru might have stolen then from the Danzo arm, but Danzo exploded. So unless Oro had eyes up his sleeve that no one else knows about, Necro-Itachi is going in blind.

The zombies aren’t the actual bodies…so all the abilities the people had should still transfer over despite … ahem … post mortem removal.

iirc… necro 1st and 2nd were the originals [ie had that soulglow and memories] but then an extra jutsu was stacked to make them fully obey the summoner. Also pretty sure 1st wouldn’t have access to his signature justu without his signature chakra type… and Tenz? is the only other with it. imho they come back as they were before they died… so sauce and his bro can effectively use the same eye set… sorta.

Correct. Sasori would also likely resurrect in his human form, not a puppet. In addition, itachi’s eyes were stolen after his death. Even if what people are making up was true, it still wouldn’t affect him.

Itachi was already dead when that happened. What happens to his body after it’s dead has no effect on the condition Edo Tensei resurrects it in. In addition, it’s not his body; it’s a body that takes his shape after being sacrificed. If what you guys were saying is true, Edo Tensei would be useless. These ninjas die violent deaths so none of their bodies are in the condition they get resurrected in. An army full of disemboweled, one-armed corpses would be extremely unimpressive.

seriously, it’s so easy to remember this simple stuff about Edo Tensei. with 1st and 2nd against the 3rd I thought it was pretty apparent they had their souls, just in whatever body Orochi provided and that Orochi could control their actions.
