I know I have not been Home in forever (Indiana), but why not play it on Cabinet. Hell they can at least give us a free play on that cabinet. It’s only 50 cent also.
we got cabs… which game do you wanna play on cab?.. we have 3 UTEs power by Xbox 360s that i’m prolly gonna have running HDR, SF4, and MvC3 respectively… but if you want another 8th gen game like T6 or SC4 or BB or something then i’d be glad to find time for it…
but if you want older fighters then your choices are limited to MvC2, 3S, Tekken 5, or VF3 (bleh) and all the sticks and buttons on said cabs are kinda wonky… but im working ong etting 3S and MvC2 fixed up

Marvel Low Tier rules were drastically overhauled at the behest of the community and my bracket master Nyghtfall
the only thing i’m hung up on is banning CapCom and Psylocke’s AA assists… if anyone has an opinion on that or any of the other low tier stips please sound off but the ruleset is basically concrete at this point

I am still so hype for NTC. I love Naptown, man. Some of my best traveling memories are there. Planning on hitting GenCon back up this year too. Before that I want to go to UFGT7, Raging Storm Minnesota, and EVO2k11 (gotta rep PowerUp!). Jeeze, I want to go everywhere this year XD
capcom and psy AAAs probably shouldn’t be banned. psy AAA is only super good and used because of magneto and capcom is the same but because of use with cable and sentinel. there are plenty of very strong AAAs already, better than capcom and psy in some regards. they’re just not used as much because they don’t compliment the top tiers as well as capcom/psy do. you have beast AAAs like guile, cammy, jin, ken…plenty of great assists just as good if not better. but magneto and sentinel can’t use them as well as psy/capcom.
while I do think capcom is still great with low tier and you see him a lot, it’s still not bannable.

I don’t mind really…Blackheart would create a huge problem for a lot of characters.
We’ll hit him with the ban hammer, unless someone can come up with a good reason why we shouldn’t.

MvC2 Singles?
Hey Barzaad, is it absolutely necessary that we run MvC2 singles on PS3? Most Marvel fans still have their old Marvel sticks, and many of them will need to borrow one if it’s on PS3.
We will already have plenty of dreamcasts in the building, so we can use the PS3s to run other games (or more MvC3 setups :woot: )
What do you think about that?
pretty much none of chicago has their old marvel sticks LOL. the timing on PS3 is way janked up…but it would affect low tier probably less than high tier (getting the timing for a lot of ROMs, and HSF sjcs and shit is stupid and weird on PS3).

it’s been broken so many times, it’s just not the same. the buttons definitely aren’t :(. it doesn’t connect to the DC without many many blue screens. it was a good run, probably my favorite DC stick so far. until I get a TE correctly modded for DC >:D
