i think you’re on to somethin seantree. that oro would look tight. i just hope you don’t get too distracted ^^; that guile is lookin sweet as well. only crit would be that the face looks like it’s stickin out a little too much. i dunno. maybe it’s just me. but the shapes of the cheeks and the nose and everything else looks good so far. can’t wait to see everything when it’s all done.

guile i would say looks better…the nose is still bugging me. see how it curves down still while looking at it from the side…i would recommend making it so there’s no curve…that it’s just a straight line.

I suppose my slang isn’t up to date. Sucks to get old. lol oh btw, that diagram is just a wood burning tool wired to a light dimmer for temp control. so if you wanna try wax guys there you go. Real wax pens are mighty expensive so I’m takin the DIY route. I’d rather spend the $250 on clay/wax.

aha. thats gotta sting just a bit. i always subconsciously thought drawing was the lesser form compared to sculpting since sculpting was like a 3-d picture you could actually touch and view from all angles. maybe i dont feel so bad about not being able to sculpt anymore.

lol, never thought of that:/ Anyway, Guile’s head is what I’d call done. Gonna bake and prime him then flesh out his hair a bit more. Don’t wanna do it prior to baking cause if I mess up his face I’ll prob freak and wreck my room. Then it’s on to his torso. BTW, never ever eat Redline VPX pills and try to sculpt. It does not work well. I’ve been buggin all day!!! Thought they might help me have an all night sculpt fest but it seems they have destroyed any ability to do fine detail. My hands are shakin like mad. lol

Akuma looks okay, but not feelin the Ryu. The face is off to me for some reason. Only thing I dig on Akuma is the anatomy.

Yeah, now that I look at him I see where I went wrong with mine. Oh well, still think they could have done a better job on Ryu for 249 bucks. Gotta give them props for at least doin the male characters though.

I like that Ryu and am so tempted to get it. Its been available for a few months. Rich SF fans go buy that and tell if it looks like the promo pics I keep seeing.
Btw after physical theraphy Im gunna look for sculpy, if you can get those at any old store.
