whats the best combo to do after a grab? After looking at the damage of throw c.h c.s [j.H AD j.M j.H] x3 s.H L hypergrav into like c.H c.S j.M j.M j.H M EM disruptor it does like 275k damage! if u do that without the throw it does around 525k damage lol.
Sup all! Here’s the Magneto vids I did last night. First 2 are obviously joke easy (I would assume for Mags player). The rest is just a variety of different things that I thought would be cool to showcase. That being said, I’ve never played Magneto in any VS game ever… so I basically had to pick him up and learn his stuff so I could cap in one night. LOL. =O
For ROM stuff. I feel that with a 4-Hit starter (c.L-c.M-c.H-S) I could get 7 reps but be unable to continue (they popped out before next sj.H). Corner to corner I used 4 loops so that after the Gravity Squeeze, there’d still be enough room to the wall for the Shockwave to hit multiple times. I did the same combo with 6 reps and the Shockwave hit like once or twice in the corner doing almost zero damage.
Anyway, keep up the great work in here. The combos you guys are doing are sick!

So to do the Ghetto ROM I need to super jump every single loop when I land.

i’ve tried it but they would go into air recovery before i could do anything, addf j.H before flight mode ends then s.H wouldn’t work either, looks like Magneto goes into a landing animation if flight mode isn’t cancelled before it runs out midcombo, im not 100% sure on that though lol. but yea the only way that i’ve been able to continue comboing after fly H loop is by using unfly.

Wow, deff subscribing to Trag. Anyways, Im lookin to play Magneto at point and it seems his basic bnb in the Air Dash Loop and Im having trouble jumping up quick enough to connect the j.H. Im using a pad, so should I force myself to up besides when doin the afd? What suggestions would you guys have? Thanks.
EDIT: I think I got it, I just have to make sure I immediately hit with j.H after sjc. Then the timing isnt too tough. Danger Room all night heh

i have some magneto stuff that u guys might find interesting! some of them are traps and other are combos…shall be posting them tomorrow for sure or even later tonight if i have the energy :).
As a teaser, I think magneto have a possible ground loop? very interesting to be honest and works on most of the cast…i think u guys might find em interested specially that i didnt see anyone write or did a vid bout em…so by means they are completely new

bout the ROM Loop…to be honest , is it even worse it? the regular loop does about the same damage if ur goin for a striaght non combine ROM loop. in that case wuts the point of ROM loop? it’s just harder to preform SPECIALLY on this shitty online service where it completely hinders magneto’s combo ability
Trag: Nice stuff like all your other stuff man. also most of the loops if they end in corner and Gravity squeeze , Dash H into Hyper gravity XX tempest…more damage to be honest if u have an extra meter lol

Off a grab I’ve just been doing dash C.H, Launcher into j.H,J.m loops.
i’ve been trying to do the rom but i’m having trouble with the start up… the timing seems weird… its like i fall to fast when i do the initial airdash after the j.h. any tips or suggestions?
edit - ok i figured out my problem, now the question is do you have to sj backwards?

Combo build about a bar and a half of meter
I play Mags/Dante/Sent, and this combo is pretty cool and builds meter and good damage,
c.l, c.m~Sent assist, c.h, s, j.h ad-f, j.m, j.h fly(one drone hits), j.h ad-f(3rd drone hits), [j.h ad-f]x5, j.h, j.s, Otg assist, Tempest does like 800 damage and builds I think a meter and a half. After you do [j.h ad-f]x5, j.h, j.s you can do Gravity Squeez, otg assist then you can do Hyper Grav into Tempest after the otg assist or you can go for resets but they’re usually dead after that.
