Nah I doubt it, he will probably just run it for a few games and then switch to something he is more comfortable with. Although what do I know, I didn’t honestly think he would go all the way with hsien-ko/thor/chris. For all I know he coulda found a very nice combination of assists with those 3 that makes a vicious team.

I’m really ashamed by the fact that he’s willing to try Captain America/M.O.D.O.K/Thor but didn’t think Spider-man/Deadpool/Iron Man was decent (I play Spider/Wesker/IM).
He better infinite the fuck out of everybody and show the power of America LOL. If he plays Captain right people are going to get their assists blown up so hard.
I´m curious to see how he plays captain without sent, I find myself like playing half the character without drones (yeah I know this happens with most chars but still…) He may use modoks beam assist or some thor assist to do the wheel mixups.
However the comp is so strong specially today I will be surprised if he sticks to this team!
I’ll be interested to see what he does with Cap/Thor. I ran team avengers two weeks ago (Cap/Thor/Red Hulk). Thor’s Mighty Spark is nice for Cap crossups and covering his approach.
It might not have been a reflection on the team per-say, he might just not have been confident with his performance with that team.
I like Mike Ross new team. Thor/Iron Man/Hulk are the founding members of the Avengers. It’s great seeing someone with a full Avengers team
More Importantly, its good to see someone win with the avengers team. And it seems everyone but neo and marn showed up today, combo is back after being salty for a few weeks, and clackey is finally back.
JWong’s Cap is pretty solid…too bad his MODOK isn’t very good. JWong’s gonna have to spend the entire tourney making sure Cap doesn’t die.

Xanadu was a bunch of crap. Lots of people got salty after RyRy lost to Phoenix and in all reality RyRy did a horrible job fighting Phoenix and while Unknown?'s Phoenix wasn’t up to par, he still knew what he was doing and he further cemented the fact that he deserved the win by winning the money match immediately after.

quick question… what is with the whole “seasons” thing? Are they doing it so they can put footage together for each season and sell it on DVD? I just find it weird how tonight is the season 2 finale and next week is the season 3 premiere. A little clarification would be fantastic.
Sigh…I’ll have to get up there sometime to work on my anti Phoenix game also. LOL. She is a bitch to fight but we gotta learn to fight her cuz the only thing they can do to tone her down is tone XF level 3 or give her 200k and the 2nd isn’t happening. I think its just people aren’t used to fighting a character that will overwhelm you so easily if you dont set up your X Factor perfectly against her and dont know all the situations to punish her and avoid her fireball game. I’ve been using Phoenix myself since the game came out so I have a bit of an idea of how she works but I know fighting against her is a different thing and I’ve never fought another Phoenix ever. I’m always the one picking her to fuck around.
