Hey all, big time lurker first time posting in magnus threads, anyways I’ve upped my magneto game a lot but haven’t found a practical way to implement normal jump or super jump disruptah, I just never seem to get leveled well enough for it to connect and get that knockdown, any tips?
On a side note have you guys noticed that if you do sj disrupter you can’t do anything other than cancel into super (you can’t even block if I’m not mistaken), however for some reason you can get an air dash up back and from there just fly and do your thang. Just weird thats all.
you can tiger knee a disruptor into a another disruptor. also in what way are you trying to apply the disruptors?

So why not just do two disruptors in a row?
theres no need for TK disruptor into ground disruptor. the point of the TK disruptor is to cover more space vertically, it is easy for characters to jump and avoid the disruptor(eg. cap. america jumps and does shield slash, avoiding disruptor and possibly setting up offense.) TK disruptor stops that jump. thats the reason to use the TK disruptor. not to use one in the air then one on the ground, because then you can just use 2 on the ground haha

depends on the combo, if youre going straight into loops, then do 4 or 5
Yup, it’s completely combo dependent, learn your hitstun scaling and learn how many reps you can go for in your combo. If you are doing them straight in the corner you can go to around 23-25 hits. If you are doing midscreen to corner you can generally do 1 rep only till you are about 20-22 hits depending on your combo starter, it completely depends on your BnB, and if you are using Magnetic Blast combos in the corner you can generally only get one rep at the end for example.

Another question, any reason i should be doing SJ ADDF J.H st.H xx HG L version of the HB loop over SJ ADF J.MH st.H HB.L one? Since the latter is…a lot lot easier
First one is just as easy and very consistent once you master the rhythm. It becomes like second nature then. Just practice, and be sure to plink when you’re doing the ADD/ADDF part.
It doesnt matter what hypergrav loop you are using tbh, just use whatever you are comfortable with because the damage difference is insignificant as long as you can hit max reps(meaning stH xx L Hypergrav doesn’t work and you need assist extensions.)
