For the fly combo. In order to get the addf H cancelled the fly with S, do you guys always do the start the air combo at a certain height or are you guys delaying ur adf H’s? I sometimes don’t know if I’m too high to do the other option which is to cancel fly while at super jump height but I find that inconsistent for me at least. I guess its bc I’m not hitting H fast enough after cancelling fly. Also I find that certain combo starters lets u do sj. H to adf H, fly easier bc I guess the opponent is high. Combo starters like normal jump L,S addf L, st.L or sj.H,Saddf H, (I’m not sure if this is right but please correct me) normal jump H,S, addf H, st. S. I guess for the h adf h fly, you can delay L,H to get them lower? Is doing slight delay adf H’s okay for getting them at that height to do addf H,S hyper grav? Sometimes when I’m in the corners I they are too high.

Do the motion then plink M+H~L
practice just doing the 8963 motion and dashing. Keep the stick held down on 3. Make sure you don’t plink H+M. Its awkward because there’s not really anything else like it in this game, but easy once you get it down
When ever I try to do the Hyper Grav loop, after doing ADDF, J.H, S.H, after that the hyper grav does not connect, or sometimes it hits only after they rise from the ground. Can anyone who is more proficient with the loop tell me what I’m doing wrong?
Tridashing recklessly on Task will make you eat a Shield Skills into derpy undroppable combo.
Whats the notation of Rayrays magneto TAC? i saw him do it at ECT when he TACS into mags near the corner

Hey guys, sorry if this has been answered. I’ve been playing Magneto since Vanilla. However, there is one thing that has always been my Magneto handicap. Capitalizing off of a back air throw. Does anyone have any tips as to what the most consistent get follow up is. I ask because it appears to me that the response varies based on height. I find it crazy I can do all of Magneto’s hardest combos… but I can’t follow up back air throw… Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Thanks to the advice here I’ve been able to pull off part of the magnetic blast loop, but I don’t exactly know how to end it. The combo I’m using is:
c.LMHS sj.H addf j.H land, jump j.H xx magnetic blast L land S sj.H addf j.H land, jump j.MH xx magnetic blast L. Then they drop out here, but it’s supposedly land HS (?) or just S then MMHS. What am I doing wrong?
Also due to this, I just do:
j.H dash j.H fly LH (airdash H)x3 dash MMHS after the first magnetic blast L land S. Is this good enough?
back air throw? just air dash down then the rest is up to you
Thanks. I used to try ADDF but it seems like at certain heights it won’t let me. So he just whiffs an air normal and then its too late for me to catch up to them. Is it best to Wave dash to them? or do one dash then slide? Thanks for the help!
you can do either one actually.
if you’re too low to the ground, you can’t airdash, so you:
[land] dash > cr.:h:
[land] wavedash > cr.:h:
[land] dash xx jump xx airdash > j.
:h:
[land] dash xx tri.j.:l:
If you’re at air dash height, but have already used your AD before getting the grab, you can still do those, for the most part, but the timing is tighter.
If you’re at super jump height:
[end throw] Fly > dash df > dash uf > dash df j.:s: > cr.:h:
The dash directions can be whatever you want as long as you’re close to your opponent, but those are the ones I use.

Ever ADDF.H but only get an air dash down forward? Not sure if I’m just doing it too quick or if my button is going out on me.

it could be one of the two, but i’d have to say it’s more than likely a simple execution and nothing more serious than that. looking at the video, your addf :h: was inputted, but didn’t come out (this is because, again, an error.) so…yeah. stop bein so sloppy 
your H was definitely recognized. It was a timing mistake. Keep it up there.
