I set my player matches to asian language setting and I am struggling against beginners in Japan and Korea. I didnt think they would be good at MvC3. I met a nasty Wesker player in Italy too. Dante’s teleport is too good, it needs to get nerfed.
Yeah, a teleport that lands in the same exact spot at the same exact speed, and can only be done on the ground is SO BROKEN, while guys like Wesker can go wherever the hell they want, land big damage for no meter, and that’s perfectly fine…
DOOM 2099 is just a blue cape and facial hair on the mask, also pointier.
I think the most likely DOOM outfit is DOOM with his cape torn to shreds, leaving him nothing but armor and little scraps of green, and maybe some armor torn hinting at his disfigurement.
I’m really holding out that Morrigan gets a Queen Bee alt costume, and seeing that they redid Dante’s devil trigger for the sake of canon helps give me hope. They could even go so far to replace Morrigan’s Bats with Bees. They’ll probably just go with her whip outfit though : (
Thank God! Q Bee is the only Dark Stalker I find intolerably lame. I can barely tolerate Felicia, but Q Bee!? Gah! Bondage > Bee.
Give morrigan a suit.
I did some missions earlier and today and they’re quite useful, though it find it’s harder to actually remember the combinations rather then perform (or in the latter case, getting the timing right to complete a mission despite performing all of the correct moves).
Also, are there any kind of custom / lobby nights that happen? Neogaf do similar things, and I was wondering if any happened around here.
Dominatrix Morrigan needs to happen.
Not to mention that it’s choreographed and has 20 frames post-teleport before he can do anything, which is more than enough time to punish him on reaction unless you are committed to a lengthy attack.
Q-Bee alt wouldn’t really make sense imo.

I think everyone is strong but these Are the ones I feel are a cut above the rest.
No Sentinel, really? Basically you just left the grab and zoning characters out (except Dormammu).
It’s not dramatically different but it is enough of a change to validate a costume. Most notably the metal armor covering the torso and the spikes. The belt is unique as well.

Would have been cool to include 3 alternate colors but whatever. It isn’t like we are forced to buy these things. I will probably still end up getting them.

Meh, the only crap that you should look out for are teams doing 100% damage with one super. I know how some people just eat this shit up but I find this stuff boring, stupid even. Regardless in MvC3 characters don’t matter so much if they are all capable of doing 50%+ in a combo. By that I mean characters don’t matter so much period for being capable of doing 50%+ damage in the first place. Then again people might realize how stupid some things can get, just imagine turtling and spamming at beginners with Deadpool, they’ll probably rage quit before they lose even two of their characters.
You’d still be playing Morrigan though, just one with a model for Queen Bee.
