isn’t that how alot of things in the FG community work?lol. And Shadow Mode was a little easy, now people have that vs. CPU option that they love soooo much lol.
So anyone got their hands on the MVC3 comic? I havent heard a thing about it.
I learned all that Tron tech from magus1234, but I think the reason Justin is getting more respect is simply because he put in the work with those characters at a major and came out on top.
It’d be nice if Capcom releases compatibility patches for costume packs. Still locked out of use to those who don’t buy them, but at least they’d show up.
Got this game yesterday. Really enjoying it as my first proper fighting game, and therefore my first Vs game.
At the moment I’m using the Simple control scheme because the regular setup seems a little complex after only having the game for a day. With this I’m decent, and have won some fights online against decent opposition also.
Are there any tips for getting used to the Normal scheme? Using it seems like a different game entirely, and I’m not effective at all using my team of Spider-Man / Iron Man / Dante.
Mission mode all day. Seriously. They start you out basic with learning a couple special moves (which are foundational inputs for most fighters), then into really simple combos, then into stuff that’s really difficult. But if you can knock out the first four or five of every character, you’ll be going a long ways in learning the Normal scheme.
Also, hit up the MvC3 guide: Marvel vs Capcom 3 - Shoryuken Wiki, Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Strategy and More!
Guide will help you learn the tools and inputs available to your characters. There’s also basic controls and stuff. Better yet (for some people), there are video guides for a lot of it.
Good luck!
HOLY SHIT, dantes devil trigger, INSANE!!!
Elaborate?
EDIT: Also, I don’t think the costumes not having alt colors is a bad thing. The alt costumes I would assume act as an alt color, which means online, your game will always have you use the colors you chose.
Tested it out. Random game, both picked Mango Sent, and on my screen I had Mango Sent and he didn’t, and on his screen, HE had Mango Sent and I didn’t.
So in that vein, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
his new alt gave him a new look in devil trigger
Really? I can’t wait to see this.
I’ll have to get on that.
You didn’t know? It was in the trailer, basically it’s sparda’s demon form and yes pretty tight.
Devil Trigger is now mandatory.
Fucking Capcom taking my money…
Missed the trailer. Now I know. O.o
Edit: Figures that just as I take Dante off of my main team, he gets even more badass. +1 to Capcom taking my money… and using Devil Trigger.
She’s got an alternate form; her Shiranui form looks slightly different since it is her at her peak power. There really aren’t any videos or pictures that show it without spoilers, though.
One that instantly stands out to me is Doom 2099. I also hope Spiderman gets a 2099 alt. In fact I really just want these characters with different movesets. haha.
