It’s similar to that but without all the Liefieldian pouches and shit. He also has the standard white and red stripes on his abdominal area.

I wonder if this combo is still possible? (E3 build) Looks like Magic series into Charging Star (which kinda acts as a mini launcher), then continues the combo with 2A,2B Hyper Stars and Stripes.
I want cap to be my point char so I need another two members for my Marvel Only team. I didn’t play MvC2 so I don’t know what would be a good team. Anyone has any suggestions?
We need more info on what you want out of characters before we just arbitrarily suggest characters to you.

Well I haven’t played MvC3 nor MvC2 so it’s hard to tell you what I want in a team but I want a team that can stand a chance, in other words, a good team.
I wanted to include wolverine in my team aswell but some people told me that maybe those 2 don’t go well together because none of them can zone so…
I don’t want a runaway team, I like to play offensive and I don’t do too well with heavy execution chars because I’m lasy and prefer to master simple chars and play mind games with my opp.

Alpha: I really liked Akuma but never played this series seriously

If you wanna rush down why did you listen to someone who cited lack of zoning against Wolverine?
Add Wolverine if you want, seems up your alley. You will need an assist that gives you an opening for attack so you may have to add a character that doesn’t fit your style. Unless you know how to get around, then have a team of rushers. Hard to say without knowing what your style is, and knowing more about the game. Maybe the upcoming stream will help you! (I’m thinking Dante or someone straight forward like that)
And don’t lose hope in Thor. Being that this community loves to tout MvC2 as a game that took years to be what it is with dramatic shifts in tiers between launch and now - what is the logic in passing judgment on characters before a game’s release. If he looks lacking now based on early hands on, fine. Outright dooming him? Let’s slow down, there.

I’m not good at building teams, as I’m not that great at the Vs series; but do you guys think Captain America (anti air), X-23 (low assist), and arthur (??? assist?) would be a good team.
I just noticed that they changed the colors of Hyper Charging Star to simply [media=youtube]lkpzvG_7g60&t=1m40s"]red white and blue, while the earlier builds had [URL=“http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qa4jm33nf_s&t=3m4s”[/media] in the front.
Very cool change. I hated how it looked in the beginning, it didn’t match the look of Cap, IMO. Glad they read my mind.
