Felecia is cool, im not 100% but i think she can otg with normals unlike everyone else in the game
Felicia had a special OTG pounce in Darkstalkers. OP seems to imply that it’s been carried over to :df::snkb: in this game.
That pounce was the special command in Darkstalkers 3, which was the move were she like claws a downed enemy for extra damage, but in MvC3 it will be used for OTG purposes. Pretty sweet if you ask me.

That still hasn’t been confirmed as far as I know, but I hope they do include it. She looks soooooooo cute when she just stays on her opponents head and they just stand there lol
EDIT: Unless you are talking about her other pounce command where it was a QCB+P move where she does like five hits after rolling, I don’t know if it’s in the game or not. :3
She jumps up and pounces for the universal OTG command. She also had a unique OTG that was just a paw swipe (down down + punch). It was faster and could be used as an ES special for more hits.
