Truth is you don’t know what is meant by mixing sf4 with mvc2. But w/e I don’t care, I can’t stop random internet guy #5302234 from making brash idiotic decisions based on obscure information. I learned that after trying to reason with the same idiots on the WoW forums whenever a patch or expansion was initially announced and barely any info was known.
Personally, I’m going to get hype and wait for more info.

I wouldn’t be terribly surprised if this didn’t see an arcade version. Arcade versions are only worth it in Japan, and as far as I know, they’re not too fond of versus games, especially Marvel, so this could be mostly directed towards the Western market.
It was confirmed, there just wasn’t any info release to the general public. Official confirmation and Youtube videos are two separate things.

Yea, I don’t think I’ll be too miffed if Marvel 3 doesn’t get an arcade release, Japan doesn’t play Marvel much so there won’t be many match vids from there anyways and everyone in America will just stream from their consoles and shit.
It’s technically not yet “confirmed” by any source, but if this ends up being bogus it will be remembered as a remarkably well-crafted hoax

I was going to, but then I realized that I’m tired of trolling because I’m not very good at it. To be honest, I’ll be buying this game, although I am frightened by the SF4 bullet point as well as the 2.5D.

Marvel vs Capcom 3 is on it’s way. I predict a demo before it’s release and I hope they use a good engine while making this. Can’t wait to see some stuff next week and at E3.
