So Sven or whomever from Capcom said (according from a quote on the Capcom Unity boards) if you ordered the SE, you got it and it shipped Thursday. Dont fret.
Has anybody received their copies with their order status not showing shipped? Mine still hasnt moved from in process.
my order is also “in process”. i called them and they have no information about whether or not my order has shipped.
Yeah…I am in the same boat here. I used to work at a couple online retailers, and I know that USUALLY, before something ships, a shipping label has to be printed. Most systems will usually automatically update the order status (change “In Process” to “Shipped”) and generate an automatic e-mail to the buyer. This makes it a lot easier for someone who works for the retailer, because normally the call centers are not by the warehouse and actual information beyond tracking is not readily exchanged between the two.
In hope, I went and check my mail today (the mail man comes early) and I had nothing. The only thing I can safely assume is that my CE has not shipped. I am cool with getting it Wednesday or so on, but I would still like to know why mine has yet to ship or any info given to me at all. This is really starting to sound like a back-order situation or a bungling of orders in general, contrary to what Sven has said. I am not saying I outright don’t believe him, but I have had to say similar things to customers when then situation was, in reality, FUBAR.

Not sure how this applies to those of us who still see “Order in Process”, but Coppell is right by me, so maybe tomorrow?
Hmm, looks like I might be going to GS tonight at midnight then… I wonder if Capcom will refund my shipping? Probably not…

Nope. You and me and hundreds of others are still playing the waiting game. I’m checking this thread and the cap store and my email every hour for an ounce of hope. See one of the posts above. Feels like the hope of it arriving today is very slim…
I receive package from Digital River about 2 or 3 times a week. They are absolutely god awful. I don’t know why major companies keep relying on them.
If you order directly from Adobe.com through them, they’ll actually take your money for 2day shipping, and send the package via ground.
Not to mention the fact that they do not combine shipping on any of the package on the site… How ridiculous is that.
Doesn’t mean that the same is happening with the Capcom store, I doubt that it is.

Has no specific release date? I ordered my copy a while ago and i have no idea when it’ll ship. Both the Japanese and the US version have their respective release dates set.
Yep. Still no info. If it was going out today, I would have probably known by now, so I guess if they do ship it from MN to TX, it will happen tomorrow. I am still on the fence as to whether or not I want to try a Gamestop at midnight and just hope that they have a non-reserved copy, or if I just want to try to be patient. The lack of info is the only thing pissing me off.
It’s the same story over at Walmart.com except I have no information at all, not even any news if anyone has had theirs shipped.
I went to walmart because of the 10 dollar e-gift card and the fact I had a $25 gift card lying around so I could get the game for ~38 bucks and save the 10 dollar e-card for another game I’d buy.
Here it is Monday and the game is still “processing” after they had all over their webpage of “Pre-order Promise, guaranteed release day delivery”. I’m hoping it’s simply a display error but I know it’s not.
Sad thing is I can’t even cancel the order for some reason, which would usually indicate that it has shipped out, however, my card was never charged and that is most definitely not the case.
Good news is I can just return it to the nearest Walmart and pick up a copy at my Gamestop tomorrow. I won’t get it for 38 bucks but I’ll just use the card/money on MK9 or something else.
I recieved my shipping confirmation today and when I tracked my package it seems like it was shipped out friday…

Well, you’ve gotten further than I have! Mine is still in process, and I have STILL received nothing from them. As neroiscariot said, the only thing annoying me is being completely in the dark. If they said, we have it, but we are going to sit on it for 5 months. Would I be upset? Yes, but it would at least be nice to know where my order stands. I mean, by all accounts, was supposed to ship 2/10. Its 2/14 and late enough to assume its not going out today either.
well last night/early this morning I had sent them an email then when I woke up I had my confirmation email and a response to the email I sent them I don’t know if that had to do with getting my confirmation
Huh, I just realized mine was shipped out on Friday too. Damn, surprised I didn’t get it today. 
Thank you so much for that information. I pre-ordered on the 28th of December. I got my tracking number this past Friday saying that it was in Minnesota.

I live in Florida so the closest thing would be Georgia for me. So perhaps there might be a good chance I might get this tomorrow instead of Wednesday? Still haven’t received an update on where my package is now. But yes, for those that have no shipping number/tracking number I would suggest calling Digital River to see what the deal is. I was at that state for a long time until it finally kicked in on Friday. They didn’t even know when they were going to give it to me. So I don’t know what sort of shady things are going on.
So Minnesota is the one that gives the OK for the closest center for them to send it? Or is my CE at Minnesota then has to travel to the closest center and FINALLY to me? I do have the Status: “IN TRANSIT.”

Yeah, I guess my real question here is if anyone who’s order still says “In Process” has gotten it yet? For those of us that have received no information at all, knowing that a mishap occurred that prevented us getting relevant and up-to-date information could ease our worries as to whether we get the game tomorrow, Wednesday, or sometime around the Tricentennial.
Even for people like me that are around the Shipping Centers, we would need to copy of the game to be at that center today to have a shot at getting it tomorrow.
I’m another sucker who’s order is still “in process”.
For grins, I called Digital River’s Customer Service line at 866-585-3251 and was told that my order is still in process and that Digital River is still waiting on stock from Capcom to complete my order. This seemed like a canned response to me.
Even though I have yet to receive any type of shipment confirmation, I have faith that my PS3 MvC3 CE will magically appear on my doorstep by Friday.
I will NEVER, EVER, order from Capcom Store or Digital River again.
