Anyone else having trouble with tracking from the capcpm store? Damn I should have copied my number down.
If you preordered with free shipping you won’t see much on the tracker. It is using USPS (your mailman/mailwoman) to ship, and the tracking service isn’t as sophisticated as a company like UPS. You will only see the destination it left from (MN) and when it hits your town.
Damn and that’s exactly what it says too. Well, I guess I’ll keep my ears open all week.
Glad to see I’m not alone. I’m thinking of calling tomorrow and seeing what’s up.
Yeah, I ordered from Capcom on 1/25, and it still says “Order in Process”. If they are shipping out of MN, there is pretty much no way that the game will be in before or on Tuesday.
All my stuff is complete and shipped and I still haven’t been billed. I doubt you guys have had your orders canceled, because when I tried to cancel mine (two hours before it shipped, because I was getting antsy), I got an e-mail saying that it had shipped and it was too late to cancel.
I have seen a lot of people saying they didn’t get charged, but I don’t think it means we aren’t getting out copy.
Maybe we get a free copy! :woot:

NO problem, fyi for anybody that wants the special editons for 360 or PS3, best buy is getting them in limited stock, when i say limited i mean they’re getting 2 copies of each to each store. so if you’re lucky and only like 2 people actually know about this then cheers.
I pray you dont get screwed over like i did, went and pre ordered mine from bargain cell, called customer service 3 times before my order was completed just to make sure they had the CE for the 360 and customer service assured me on all 3 occasions they would have them in,then this weekend i check my order status and it says “Backordered” So tomorrow is gonna be an interesting day for them to say the least, the fucked up thing is that they still have the preorder option on their site, whatever you do learn from my experience and don’t go outside of major retailer websites, it’s just not worth it.
Yeah I figured BB was getting a few CE/SE per store per system, that’s where I’ll be heading Tuesday morning. 
Won’t they just release more CE versions later? Or will it be truly limited?

RnR, Im right there with you. 
As Ive stated before, I understand they didnt 100% guarantee street date delivery. But when you say “free shipping, 99% sure you’ll get it by then”, I think its safe to say that led MANY to assume it would be here on, or shortly after release day. Especially when everyone’s (including mine) confirmation email says anticipated release date is the 10th. Okay, so, you can’t get it out by the 10th?
How about an email updating my order’s status? How about a comment about the hundreds of post over various forums of your customers in an uproar? I mean, even a simple “we were surprised and overwhelmed by demand, we are doing our best, we apologize for the delay” would suffice.
Instead, silence. I dont know if Im even getting the CE at ANY point. Its not so much about not getting release day. I have an okay job, I just went and preordered the SE at Gamestop, will have it tomorrow regardless. It the fact that my CE has been in process for 4 days COMBINED with that lack of ANY communication from either Digital River or Capcom about whats going on (shipped, unshipped, canceled, backordered?).
I pre-ordered it from TheHut on the PS3 and it seems the “get a free t shirt” has disappeared from the product description but remains on the 360 one! I have emailed TheHut to find out if they are still doing the t-shirt (as stated on Capcoms website) for both PS3 AND 360 orders but no reply yet. I know Zavvi was doing it for just 360 and they are owned by TheHut.
I am going to be very annoyed if they arent doing the t-shirt as i only ordered it from there for that particular reason! And changing it/not honoring what Capcom have stated 4 days befor released is a bit off to say the least. I will be cancelling my order from there and pre-ordering from Game probably if they aren’t doing the t-shirt.
Still, it may have been taken down as there are no more t-shrit avialbe for the PS3 side of things or something so i shall wait to see what i hear back. Should hear by tomorrow…its cutting it fine especially with as i wouldnt mind a copy on release day (not the end of the world if i dont though) and in terms of when TheHut actually process the order but there you go…
Sven said that these are first and last shipments of Collectors Editions. They will not be released again in the future.
I’d just really like to know what i going on with my order. It seems like all of Capcom’s orders were shipped out in no particular order, and that’s OK. I am also well aware that standard USPS shipping will come with very little info. I just thought I would have something by now. I was cool from the 10th until now (not counting Sunday, of course), but if it does not go out today I am seriously going to be mad. I am really close to just going to Gamestop or Walmart at midnight to just get the damn game, but then I will lose my CE…arugh dammit Capcom.
I should have known that when they said 99% chance of getting it on Day 1 I would more than likely be in that 1% of people who get no info.

Does all the Capcom orders come from Minnesota? My order is coming from there and I don’t know if it will come here by Tuesday and I’m from California.
