I’m dealing with the same thing. The tracking sites like this are generally slow to update, usually 24 hours behind. My confirmation arrived friday, and the tracking website said my order wasn’t valid until about 6pm yesterday. Pretty much the tracking website is junk. Just wait and hope it comes on Tuesday and then check the website on Wednesday to make sure they delivered your order.
So I got my shipping confirmation from the Capcom store late friday night, and the charge appeared on my bank account the next day, but a few hours later I received a credit for the same amount from them. I really hope this doesn’t mean they cancelled my order without telling me, but the order tracks and says “In Transit,” so maybe this is just a mix-up?
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what did customer service say if you talked to them about it?
I pre-ordered from Amazon, and they still haven’t shipped…I just want to play!!!

HEY GUYS!! Great news. Gamestop once again is a bunch a bullshit.
I preordered the collectors edition weeks before they stopped taking them. i went in today to finish paying it off and the guy said hey sorry your not getting the collectors edition because we were supposed to stop the preorders way before we did. our fault. but good news, you can get your collectors edition when it comes in, which we have no idea when that shipment is coming in.
at this point im totally cool with the regular edition which isnt a problem, just thought this was crap… its a mistake on there part and they dont seem to care.
Toys R Us is offering a $15 gift card with purchase of the regular edition this week, FYI. not sure if this applies online
Otherwise I hope I’m not gonna be waiting too long for Capcom to get it to me… I have the double whammy issue of ordering late, plus I picked free shipping… way to get my hopes up telling us all it’d be shipping on the 10th… still ‘in process’… blargh

So instead of continuously checking the email I got from Capcom and hitting the link that takes me to USPS tracking (which was fail, and had no info whatsoever), I went to the Capcom store and looked at my invoice where there’s a different link to tracking, and I was able to see that my package was shipped and is currently in… Minnesota? I guess thats where the distributor is…
Anyways, if you want to see where your shits at, go through the capcom store link, and not the email capcom sent you.
I just wanted to get something clear before I go buying MvC 3. Does the special edition only come with the 2 DLC characters and not the original edition?

Yeah, it ships from MN. Apparently mine left there around 7 on friday, so it should be here monday afternoon. Sounds about right.
The actual invoice has no links to any sort of tracking for me. I just have the user control panel, with the “quick order lookup.” When I actually look at my order, and click to view the invoice it just shows an invoice with no additional links to any kind of tracking information.
Same here, I gotta go to my order history and click the links of the tracking numbers there. But, like every other tracking website, it is garbage and never updates on time. It says it is in transit and:

Hopefully it will get here on Tuesday, pretty sure it will. MN isn’t TOO far from SC. A lot closer than Cali, at least. I just hope the lack up shipping updates is the site sucking and not my packing sitting somewhere in MN.

Mine is still processing, and they haven’t replied to an e-mail I sent at about noon today, and no e-mails beyond the confirmation e-mail has been sent yet either, and all holds on my bank account have been cleared… I hope they didn’t like randomly cancel it or something.
Exact same thing happened to me. Checked the capcom store and it reads order complete when I check my order status. I haven’t called customer service to see what’s going on. Anyone else?
