So with Frank assist I found the following combo:

Lets me DHC to Dante Devil Trigger and do S~HHHHHH fH (BC) QCF+H and hard tag Frank. Level 4 combo.
Wow, cool find. Never knew you could get S after Dancing flash DHC into Dante DT.
You can actually add a Cat Spike L after bH then Cat Spike H just for an extra hit and more damage. You just have to call the assist on the second hit of the bH.
Does it still allow the DHC though? I am going to keep working on this team, finding all kinds of interesting stuff.

The only issue is that you’re using Cat Spike H during the grounded portion of the combo and that will not hit against all standing opponents and definitely not all crouching opponents.
You can actually use this level up method with any of Felicia’s normal grounded combos, for example:

These combos work on all characters standing or crouching (exception for RR, Shuma, and Joe: omit the c.M after Cat Spike L) and will still allow the Clay Pigeon to combo after S with Dante so you can get the wall bounce. For the Frank combo, the key is to not call Frank at the same time as you input bH. If you are doing the combo from midscreen, I would suggest calling Frank during the second hit of bH to allow you time to get the jump loop going.

Did you try these? The issues with some of them is that the shots do not come out if the Felicia combo is too long.
