Seriously though Dark Phoenix needs to change. It isn’t really overpowered, it just turns the character into a lame gimmick.
Am I the only one that finds watching a good Phoenix like Viscant or Clock exciting? Time and time again I’ve had to resist the urge to go to the dark side, but I’m not sure if I can control it 
I swear I would drop a member of my team in a heartbeat if I could use Phoenix sans going dark.
She’s the exact type of character I love playing, but I don’t like the idea of relying on a crutch.
My phoenix team burns meter like hell lol. If it’s gonna kill a character, i’m spending DAT METER, to hell with waiting for 5 bars.
Yeah that’s always how I felt like I would play Phoenix, but what do I know.

It’s never been the meter management that turned me off, it’s just how retarded she gets 
I’ll just put Phoenix on point and rock it until she dies.
I feel like if you spend 5 meters on something, it better damn well be all the way retarded. The only thing she can do that’s actually really unique is put a lot of shit on screen. Most of the top tiers are as hard or harder to block and kill you in one combo already, and they don’t have to spend meter to not die to literally any combo.

if viscant opened up to more characters I think he might actually get stronger.

DP is fun though, I can’t lie.
I don’t know about zero being better than wolvie but than again there really isn’t a top class zero in my region to compare it too. I just know berserker barrage xx speed is probably one of the most ridiculous things in the game and given this is mvc3 that’s saying something.
Phoenix should stay as an clutch…because in reality the bitch as more tools than she should have.Remove DP, and giving her normal health would be stupid…
This is also hilarious, I tried using Dark Dimension against this move and the move got absorbed due to its projectile properties. 
It’s the best move Phoenix players are not using IMO.
No, you’re not the only one. I love seeing someone who knows what they’re doing with her. Phoenix is exciting to watch when the person using her has to think about somthing and can’t just “WELL! WELL! FOOL! FOOL! WELL! WELL! BURN IN THE FLAME! DIIIIIIE!” and derp out a win.
The invincibility frames are just part of the equation. The main thing with Zero is that you die if he hits you and its invincible.

You wouldn’t know that phoenix stuff unless you have a guide same with the wesker command grab stuff being one frame. So i can’t blame them, not only that who’s really gonna do that move and risk there phoenix random getting hit by a assist or anything, so its even less likely your average phoenix player would know.
