No I have to work. I’m gonna to make my way down there in two weeks. I’m really excited, it sounds like an awesome place.
I’m doing my best to be there Friday. 
Well I’ve gone up twice so far. Had a good time, got schooled for the most part. I have to get used to stick. 
Oh, one thing:
Come on guys, be more talkative! A lot of people seemed very quiet, and not talkative. It comes off as kind of rude. Open up!
And a question:
I’m going to get a custom stick soon to practice with at home, and I wanted to get Sanwa parts, as they feel better on my hands, but all the machines around here are Happ, obviously. So, if I got sanwa parts, and then had to compete on happ, would it hurt my performance? Should I get happ, since thats what the arcades have?

We had a decent turnout, and a damn good time. Sorry its taken me so long to get back, but i have been away from computers for awhile. I want to personally thank everyone that showed up, especially Larry, even though he left before i talked to him :sad: I had hoped we would get a slightly better turnout, but it wasn’t bad for a 2nd go. We are gonna have a 3s tournament on the 27th @ the same location, hopefully we get some ppl. excited with this one. I’m hosting a MvC2 tourney at a nearby location on the 12th, I started another thread on that. Thanks again and good times.

3s is put on hold, since there’s a problem with it. I have no idea about CvS2 though.
Ok, I have a 3S board we could use for tournaments if needed.:wonder: We could run 2 tournaments at the sametime sir. It’s not that hard and it would generate more people attending if there’s more options to enter in a tournament.:wonder: I also have SF2 super turbo and sf Alpha 3 I could bring for tournament play.

In reference to Shin, I don’t think its a board problem with 3rd strike. I believe there is a problem with either the power supply or the monitor. It should be back up soon, I would imagine by the CvS2 tourney. If there is any way possible, Id like to get with you and 50 on the CvS2 practice, I can meet you downtown. Just hit me up with a PM or whatnot.
I would also like to get in on any of this hot fire.
when is next tourney im gonna try and establish myself in the scene since i have nothing else better to do with my time and money lol. and where do people play on the regular cuz i need practice.

You’ll have more ppl at Flippers during the weekends. Some of the Marvel players stepped up their skills lately.
Wow! Flippers just got sold. Im speaking with the new management about the tourney setup. I dont think that it will stay the same. Most likely everyone is gonna have to throw in 5 bucks from now on. People are usually at the arcade every day, you just have to go at the right time. Friday and Saturday are the best bet. CvS2 tourney still scheduled for June 30th. Prolly with a $5 entry.
If people are playing 3S and CvS2 I’ll be there. especially if it’s on Saturdays. I think I’ve been to this place before…it has a few pool tables a DDR and an old Star Wars Ep.1 Pod Racing game right?!?
Good luck with this. ATL events draw good crouds the longer and stronger they run…I still miss those Arrario Tournaments.
Try and have 3S up and running by tournament day…the 30th is still 3 weeks away!
The new management is comfortable with running the tourneys the same way we’ve been doing it. CvS2 on the 30th, hopefully 3s will be up by then. If so, we will schedule a 3s tourney on the 30th, while everyone is there.:wgrin:

Can you please aks them to buy new sticks or I can sell them my 2 extra sticks. You need to make a new tournament thread also sir. Copy and paste one of the ranbat threads for rules and reg’s. Change the title to “ATL Ranbat tournies at Peachtree Corners/Flipper’s” or “ATL’s Monthly tourney @ Peachtree Corners/Flippers” or some shit like that.:wonder: The reason I say start a new thread is because It still say’s “MvC2 tournament and MM”, but the next tournament is for cvs2 and maybe 3S. Some people might no even look in the thread if they only think mvc2 is being played. But if you have a thread title like “ATL’s Ranbat’s @ Peachtree Corners/Flippers” I think it would have people interested in what your trying to do. You need to make the 1st post in the new thread your update page for up coming events and rules/reg. This will make it easier for people to attend your tournaments.
P.S.-They need to put new joysticks in every tournament worthy game in that arcade. CvS2, 3S, MvC2, and Tekken DR. Could you find out if I could put my streetfighter 2 super turbo on their cabinet to play for a tournament?
