Think about it this way. Who can catch cyclops runaway?
Keep in mind while running away he is building tons of meter, and can safely burn it chipping you and punishing your assist .
He is like a baby cable and storm, and with the current available roster of “low tier” characters we are playing with, thats exactly what he becomes.
more mobile, more priority…plus running away plus safe chip if he wanted. and again, they are in the high tier list for a reason! ugh. from years of experienced gameplay why do you think they put him in there? because we’ve seen he has the tools to hang in the high tier, and pretty much own all of low tier.
you are not catching him. if you get close, you are not beating him. if he decides to chip you, you have no retaliation or way to pressure him/lock him down like only the other gods/tops can do. since you ain’t using them, cyc has a major advantage.
strider can do some ghetto traps still here. have a nice AAA and yeah, GL beating him.
it’s so stupid to try and go against 10 years of knowledge and placement for the god/high tier just because you think he’s they’re not that good. they’re strengths aren’t overwhelming like the other tops…especially against the other tops. it’s more of very absolute defense/priority/and just no weaknesses.
Good points. Haven’t really fought them which is why I asked, side from Strider/Doom. I rarely played Cyke and when I did I had Cable.
